This is going to be a great addition to Defiance! So far it is super clean, but of course, its brand new. The service was nice and at a good pace. The options are wonderful, from common coffee drinks to specialty drinks, hot or cold, a wide variety of teas, and great food items. There are also convenience items like cups amd home bags of coffee. There is also a drive-through option.

All I go here for is the drive thru services for iced coffee and hot coffee. Hands down I get the best service, best price, and it is by far and above the BEST product on the market. Cup per cup, ounces to ounces, the service, quality, and value cannot be beat!!!! And their bacon bites snack is covered the tip too!!!

If the employees worried more about customer service than their drive through times, that would make all the difference. I love Dunkin coffee, but sometimes the early AM crew makes me not want it. They can definitely do better.

I was so excited to see that Duncan was coming to defiance! My husband and I went and had coffee there a few days after they opened and it was great. All the staff were very friendly and everything was out in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

Terrible service, last Friday I went for 2 hot chocolates and a croissant drive thru, and literally the hot chocolates were pure water with almost any color and no flavor, In addition to cold nothing to do with hot chocolate, I told the girl who helped me and she just stared at me, to avoid problems and making my day even more miserable, I just left.

Employees are very nice but royally screwed order up. Coffee drinks are mid in my opinion and much better can be had at Bigby if you’re willing to fight the traffic.
