We received our food fairly quickly, and unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience.
The inside of the restaurant was reasonably clean, but the food itself was disappointing. The donut holes were extremely hard, and I’m not sure if that was due to the Oreo pieces or the way they were prepared, but the texture was not enjoyable at all. The cheese on the hash browns tasted very odd and did not resemble real cheese—it had more of a processed, canned or tub-style flavor, which was off-putting.
Customer service was also lacking. The worker was not helpful and communication was difficult, as it felt like they struggled to understand or respond to basic questions, which added to the frustration of the visit.
If you are looking for a good breakfast, especially one that meets expectations for quality and service, I would not recommend going here. You’re better off choosing another place nearby.

Something is definitely different about this location swing by and I think you’ll notice this crew running It is there for business and they mean it. This is one of the only locations I’ve ever been to for the coffee was actually hot. Mobile order was ready within two minutes of placing it Even the donuts taste fresher although I do know the backstory on the Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was so good I felt compelled to immediately write this review.

Absolutely the WORST service. Just absolutely no care for customers. Said NO in the middle of a sentence, barely was able to understand their accent. I asked if they could repeat the description of a drink and apologized but the guy just ignored me and didn’t repeat anything. Asked him again and he literally just said “No”. I’m baffled at how these people get hired.

I often stop here for a coffee and donuts for my kids. The last two times I have been, they made my coffee wrong and then
argued with me saying they made it correctly and refused to remake it. Go elsewhere with better customer service.

Clean and nice. Most importantly equipped with staff so no chance of wait or delay. We were there on a Sunday morning and our order was quick and best. I liked Dunkin’s avocado toast. I tried the raspberry coconut drink which was very refreshing. The location of this Dunkin is right on the main street also have ample of parking space.

This is the best Dunkin in Central Ohio. Hands down! They are crazy speedy and the orders are always made well – each and every time! The blueberry munchkins must be made with love. They taste superior at this location!! I love most of the iced drinks – lattes and macchiatos. I tried the Pecan Vanilla Iced Latte today. Sooooo good!

I made the mistake of assuming that only three people in front of me in line with a whole host of staff behind the counter meant that I could get in and out in a reasonable timeframe.
Turns out they had four people working the drive-thru, so that cashier had three people helping make drinks and get orders together. The front cashier was left to do everything himself, so it was *very* slow going and when I left, the line was almost out the door. (And still no one else thought they should help out.)
I finally had to give up after ten minutes in line.
