I know its fast food but daaamn, somebody should keep some kind of quality control. Went there to save some time for a quick lunch, they were not busy at all but yet the “New” steakhouse burger came out like it was cooked/grilled a day ahead. Staff seems to have more fun than actually working and you can see it throughout the place …. IT IS SUPER MESSY AND DIRTY … non of the tables were cleaned for many hours … Somebody should really make an effort and keep the quality and cleanliness of the place up. The location is great with lots of traffic so why make people sit in a dirty place eating mediocre food

23 minutes from paying until I got my food at the window is absolutely laughable. I could understand if it was busy, but I could see everyone just kinda putting around inside. Thanks for giving me my milkshake first so it can be melted nastiness by the time I get my food. The girl was atleast polite but probably will not come back to this location.

I usually don’t have any major issues with this location. I live down the street. But recently, the employees have become lazy and pretty poor at social interaction.
The reason for the two stars, however, is because of how careless they really are. I found one of their freshness stickers halfway through my burger under the cheese.
I know mistakes happen, but their customer service seems to be slipping. I’ve been going here for about two decades and haven’t had any problems until the past year or two. I once came over half an hour after their opening time and nobody was working, with no signage indicating a closure or issue. Doors were locked.

The price per the amount of food is astounding, you get a large meal for a reasonable price. Staff is amazing and food is good. Everything is fresh and most importantly the place is clean. Would recommend over all nearby places.
