I always like to go to the drive thru and get a hot cup of coffee and a few doughnuts to take home and eat with the family. So fresh and delicious no matter what time it is or what day it is. I have never bought anything there that was stale or old,just soft and fresh.

I’m here to make a complaint because you can’t remove a google review! You may be able to be rude and nasty to me in person but I’m here to tell ya this location is some of the worst customer service I’ve had here in Somerset,KY! I went through drive through and got an iced coffee like I always do for many years now. They proceeded to try and give me the coffee that didn’t look right so I told the girl at the window it’s not right so she proceeded to argue with me! I asked if she was a manager and she said I needed to leave over and over again! . So I went in and tried talking to the manager and she was not any better ! I proceeded to tell her I’ve been a valued customer For many many years and in customer service you’d think she would have a better attitude but no I was entirely wrong!. Well I told her that I was not happy and that I felt my coffee was not made the right way and she proceeded to argue with me so I asked her what her name was and she refused to tell me and told me I don’t need to know ! I did contact corporate and now waiting on a call back from them. But I thought that it was very unprofessional that they acted in this way! And I want everyone to know that this store and some of the staff is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The girls name running the window was Chloe and not sure what the managers name is cause she refused to tell me. I also asked her what the corporate number was and she told me to find it myself! So with this all being said I’m not coming back I will boycott Dunkin’ Donuts and go to Baxters from now on! Way better customer service and coffee! The owner of this location should address the actions these two took to be completely rude to a long time customer! I will not be back!

I rolled into Dunkin in Somerset for an afternoon pick-me-up at 2:30 on August 15. My coffee was barely warm, borderline cold for a regular hot coffee. Although I can’t understand that for the life of me how coffee from an actual coffee shop could ever come out cold, I was still polite when I simply asked if they had any fresh coffee as this one wasn’t very hot. The individual at the window was very put out and bluntly stated that she could brew more with no apology. She then brought the fresh coffee to me and again offered no apology or even a generic “thank you”. She really got chapped when I said that I was also waiting for another drink that still hadn’t come out. It’s always really nice to feel like a business is doing you a favor to sell something to you. I’d let this slide if this were a first time occurrence, but I’ve had consistently pathetic service at this establishment and I won’t be going back.

After 11 minutes of waiting before getting waited on for 4 coffee 10 holes, girl said she had to make more coffee. I waited…for pot to finish at my request, if not coffee is strong with grounds. Pot was finished and 7 more people came in and didn’t get waited on. I asked the boy who now came in can I get our coffee tol him we waited for the new pot he said no I have to do the drive thru 1st. Several cars came thru people continued to come in and leave when they were told we have not been waited on yet for over 25 minutes at this time. I paided for my drinks and told them I have been there before most of the cars have and demanded my order….not getting it until the last car came thru. Some more people left. my time is as important as the drive up people and yes the girls you have working are rude spend more time in the bathroom not doing their job. 1 more thing listen to what the customer is asking for so if you et your ore it is right!!!

this review is only about today what i experienced, i walked in to order and the lady asked me what i would like, i had to repeat myself 5 times because she was not listening, she would not take my order and the other girl working at the drive thru was being so loud and would not stop talking to the lady and she kept ignoring me. she got my coffee wrong and my bagel. she did not give me the right coffee, and i asked for strawberry cream cheese on my bagel and she put plain cream cheese on my bagel and took forever to make it. now if she messed it up and forgot what cream cheese or coffee i said it wouldn’t have been a big deal, it’s the fact that she would not listen to me and she was being so rude. thats what made me mad.

Hoping management sees this and can resolve the problems. These are the worst donuts I’ve ever had. They have barely any icing, no glaze, are stale, and everything you get has a fruity cigarette taste every time. I tried them this morning to see if I get them fresh right as soon as they open if it’s different and it’s not. It smells in there too. I hope they fix these problems.

6:30am and they were open. A smiling girl at the counter took my order, another prepared it and a third handed it to me. I was here for maybe five minutes, departing with a hot coffee, a toasted bagel and a donut.
The coffee was prepared the way I requested, even throwing in a couple of ice cubes so that I could start on it immediately. The bagel had spent the right amount of time in the toaster. The jelly donut was consumed by Mrs. K. who said it was fresh and delicious.
The store was clean, the drive through was humming and it was a great stop. I had no problems at all here.
