I LOVE this Dunkin store. All the people go above and beyond to give you the best service. They all are very friendly, when they see my car if I haven’t mobile ordered, they know my drink and have it ready for me. I have been to alot of other Dunkin stores but this one is “THE BEST ONE”.

Awful place to get your coffee.Never seen dunkin like this before. Ask for less ice but got full cup of ice for 6 dollars not coffee. Very dirty people who work here you should see guy nails very dirty and longggg. In my opinion food service should check people hand who makes food for customers.Very disappointing

Everyone at this location is friendly but want to shout out to William in the drive-thru specifically! He’s always the most friendly and is great at his job!
I think Dunkin’ as a company has hit or miss coffee sometimes (in terms of consistency) any location you go to but in general Henderson Dunkin is usually great tasting coffee & quick service which means a lot! Their drive-thru is efficient and the inside atmosphere is always chill and they have a few different seating options that make it nice to stop in and enjoy breakfast or a treat with the kids or a small group of people.

If you know me you know I have to have my Dunkin. They say America Runs in Dunkin but I run on Dunkinnnnnnn. LoL.
This location was very easy to find as it sits on the main road. The store is very clean and vibrant. The best part about it is that you get to place your order at the Kiosk. Though I usually use the app, as the drive thru had a line I decided to go inside last minute.
The staff is very friendly and all yelled “Welcome to Dunkin” as I walked in. The donuts looked VERY Fresh and my coffee was freshly brewed. I am so glad I found this location. As soon as I took my first sip I was in my zone of coffee happiness.
Clean environment.
Vibrant Ambiance.
Friendly Staff.
Fresh Coffee.
All of the above highlights in conjunction with my perfectly crafted cup of coffee made this Dunkin stop Ahhhhhhhmazing!!

Not the best vibe from the counter. They allowed a guy to walk in and order between mine and my friends even though we had been waiting to order. No thank you or comment at all. Clean place. The coffee was good. Nice seating areas inside and out. Would stop again and see if I got a different person. Overall good experience, the customer service was just odd and not inviting.

I just moved here and ive never had a more bad experience experience with a dunkin I order my food off doordash because I couldn’t physically pick my order up and all I bought was two sandwiches my first sandwich was with a crossiant and it was horrible the crossiant was so small and it was also hard as a rock and it tasted like soapy water i was also at work when I tried it and i about threw up and my second sandwich was with an English muffin like the crossiant it wasn’t cooked all the way and it was severely tasting like soapy water I normally never complain but ive never had a problem before with dunkin and it made me physically sick just taking a bite out of them .
