The chick with the short blonde hair has the worst customer service skills I’ve encountered in so long. They made my ice coffee wrong, the color wasn’t even right (if you know, you know), so I apologized, and asked if it could be remade. She asked what was wrong with it so I said it wasnt good and she got frustrated then remade it, with attitude. Then asked me to try it, again, I apologized. I said it’s the right color this time, it’s fine and smiled. Then she got this disgusted look on her face then smirked with a rude demeanor. I won’t be back. Thanks chick with the Karen cut.

Made an online order for pickup and not only was conformation never received but the employees didn’t have my drink ready ( ordered 30 mins prior) and kept laughing . On top of that I had ordered a brownie batter doughnut (1) and was told it WAS in stock; when I pulled up they said they didn’t have any but continued to sell them to others.

Goodluck getting good service- let alone a SINGLE word out of this staff. Made my drink wrong, when I said it was missing the cold topping she snatched it back without a single word, I apologized and when she gave it back I said thank you and she just closed the window on me. Whole place needs to be restaffed, full of lazy girls with no work ethic or customer service at all.

It was 7:24 when I walked into your shop and all the doughnuts were gone out of the cases and the look I got from the worker like I was a piece of crap for coming in the store when your time to close is 8pm. Ill never step foot back in another dunking doughnuts EVER again.

As some of y’all know, it’s a VERY rare occasion that I visit a “fast food” establishment. Not because I’m snobby, it’s just that I prefer to support local businesses, food trucks, etc. That said … I was blown away by my Dunkin experience this morning. From the lovely welcome by the 2 delightful young ladies behind the counter, to yummy the breakfast sandwiches we ordered, and the lattes that put Starbucks to shame (plus cost 1/2 as much) – it was a truly great experience. Bonus points for the adorable Dunkin’ lip gloss key chains, meticulously clean bathroom, and ample parking. Only wish I’d gotten those teammates’ names so I could properly shout them out and suggest they get a raise. To be clear, this was the Dunkin across from the Campbell Lane Kroger. ❤ ❤ ps: second visit was even better! Props to the young man in training and the staff in general. Y’all have def have a repeat customer in me! ❤

I love Dunkin’ donuts, but will never go to this location. The workers are beyond rude, the food tastes spoiled, people around me have even gotten sick from their food. i’d avoid this dunkin at all costs & head to the bypass location!

I went in today (10.27.25) at 1:10pm and ordered a coffee. I was helped by an employee named Becka and she was very nice and soft spoken. She had a co-worker with her named Carissa that was very rude to her. Becka had told me it would be one second before she could help me initially as she was finishing an order. Carissa started counting loudly. Then Becka asked to grab something in front of Carissa when she was making my drink and Carissa was rude and told her to get out of her way. At no time was Becka rude or retaliated against Becka. She was a great employee to work with to take my order. I hope her pillow is always cool

I won’t be returning to this location. The staff has consistently been rude, and the food often tastes off. People in the area have even mentioned feeling sick after eating here. I’d recommend avoiding this Dunkin’ and heading to the bypass location instead.
