Over the course of course of the last 6 months this location has went downhill. I understand mistakes as I used to be a food service manager and understand high turnover rates and understanding issues. I literally order the same drink when I go. About 4 months ago I went 3 different times and my drink is literally made different everytime. So today a coworker and I ordered and I decided to to give them one last try. We’ll and behold my order was wrong again. I used to keep boosted status every month and have let that go all in 6 months time. Im not looking for harsh feedback just simply stating my experience.

Went in and they made the first drink completely wrong. The second drink they made a medium but charged for a large. Made us get a refund and then didn’t even add the blueberry flavoring. The first employee was sweet and apologized for messing up… but the second employee was probably the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. She came up to help the first employee and already had an attitude. Then treated us like we were inconveniencing her. Will probably never willingly choose this location again.

The food is normally good but the new guy at the window in the morning is really rude and mean. Also the food is very hit or miss I got a muffin and it was busted and practically missing the top and honestly the bagels are kinda hard and chewy. Usually there nice and the foods okay but sometimes geez…..

They had 20 people working food was every where no organization at all. My order was messed up food cold Carmel swirl cap didn’t have any Carmel I didn’t order any sprinkle donuts but ended up with three in my dozen. This is just a horrible store I have went there several time and they always mess something up.
