I love Dunkin for an affordable coffee option but I have to stop ordering their food… the Croissant Stuffers are USUALLY pretty good but the sandwiches and tots are awful. This seems to be true of every location, at least every one I’ve tried.
Update: food is still terrible. Croissant Suffers no longer safe choice. Latte was less than delicious. Very disappointing.

If you arrive early you are golden, all the donuts are stocked. After 9 am, it’s mystery donut time! To be fair it is like this at most good bakery spots. Since I am not on time ,usually I get the odd ones. Thanks!

Good Dunkin donuts! Usually DD’s aren’t as good when they are joined to a gas station but this one is an exception. They make their coffee a little sweet for my taste, but it’s still good stuff. And the people who run it are really nice.

We have been coming here for Years! Staff is always Friendly, Smiles on their Faces as soon as we get to the Window! They know my Order (2 Medium Frozen Hot Chocolates! 1 with Whipped Cream & 1 without) It’s ready and done perfectly! It’s not easy to see from the Road. It’s in the Sunoco Gas Station! Very Tiny Inside! Only Room for a Couple of People! We use the Drive Thru! Their Items Taste Good & Their Drinks are Awesome! We have Never had Anything Bad Here! I Drive the Extra Distance to come to this Location!

I stopped here to get an iced coffee and a donut and use the restroom. I travel a lot for work so Dunkin is always where I try to stop. The worker told me the restroom was only for employees, which I believe is a health code violation. How am I supposed to wash my hands? I’ve never had this happen at a Dunkin’ Donuts before. Very disappointing.

If I could give negative starts I would. I told the woman at rhe drive thru repeatedly I wanted my sandwich on a croissant and cream and sugar in my coffee… the screen said black coffee and bagel… she said “I got it I got it… come to window. ” of course when I got my order it was wrong. What the heck is happening to decent customer service? I’m not asking for anything extra… just to get what I pay for.

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced in NKY. I rarely ever visit DD as I am a loyal SB customer because each time I have visited DD I have been disappointed.. Today was the absolute worse and after realizing the other store on Dixie has the same ownership, I may never visit again. It all started when after a long day a competition with my daughters, I dropped one of the twins off at a birthday party and decided to get coffee and SB was too far away.. I ordered the drink and it went to the wrong store, I thought WOW after backing out of the drive through and was happy there was an option to change stores.. Long story short, I turned back around only to be spoken to rudely and the window slammed in my face because the order did not update at the location.
This dude Aspin ( or whatever he said his name was) He argued with me about not teaching me how to use the app, anyways after the window was slammed in my face because he claimed my order was not there and something else under his voice. I went back over texted my daughter to let her know her sister and I were going to drive to the other DD to get my coffee and call the other store to see if they would mind remaking my order since it would be watered down by the time I made it over there. Yes, this was my mistake as I do not know the area, but the rudeness was far from none and needs to be corrected. As I was turning to the parking lot to make the call to customer service, I saw the same guy outside smoking a cigarette. It’s really sad the way you have to be treated ins front of your kid just to get coffee. I will never visit this location again and on top of it, the coffee tasted like milk without any coffee flavor. I will stick to SB and will report this location to BB. Rudeness service ever!
I have never had anyone offend me so bad because coffee order did not update. Sad.
