Terrible customer service had me sitting around for over half an hour for an online order manager/owner just kept trying to argue and over talk me like talking to a wall. Hot coffee gone cold after sitting for 30 mins and bland stale doughnuts and munchkins. Save yourself the disappointment. Kroger bakery is right up the street, more and better bang for your buck.

I have been going to this Dunkin for around 3 years now, almost everyday. I have NOTHING bad to say about them. They work hard, and as quick as they can. The workers bust their behinds off. I have become very close with some of the employees and love to get to see them everyday. I always feel like I’m cheating if I get coffee from a different Dunkin or coffee shop. Hands down my favorite place to be!!! Always clean and warm ! They all deserve a raise for the amount of work they put in!!!!! I will continue to go here !
Also want to add, Christina is my girl!!!! She is always so bubbly and welcoming. Even at 5 in the morning, more power to her!!!! She’s the best !! Keep up the great attitude and work ethic Christina! YOURE AMAZING!

I just went through the drive-thru & it was smooth. I’m just so super impressed today with this location. It was morning rush with the line wrapped around the building and I was through the line & on my way within minutes. Christina was working the drive thru. She’s experienced & has the system down. Mngt should strongly consider putting her here at this location on drive thru. She’s friendly, efficient, fast & accurate.
Business would improve with Christina. Countless times I have left the line because it’s just too slow and I witnessed many cars doing the same.

The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.

Always Great, Fast & Accurate service at this Dunkin’Donuts!!! Most definitely the best part of coming to this location is that. 99% of the Time…. even after your First Time There… maybe your Second time they…They just ask if you’re wanting “Your Regular” order and They are on it and Make it Right…. I come here almost everyday and love the staff, I was so excited to try the brownie batter donut but I work night shift so 3 days in a row I struck out trying to get the famous donut around noon. Specifically the women staff were so kind and saved me two, so finally today on my fourth day I got em. I played sweet victory the entire ride home. Thank you to the amazing crew, they all deserve a raise!

Came inside and told the manager/owner I accidentally put the drive-through for my pick up, he was speaking with another important person or maybe the actual owner and got extremely upset and then once found my One coffee that was ordered, slammed the receipt on the counter and said here you go… This is was approximately summer 2024…
