I’m honestly really frustrated with this location. Every single time we come here, something is wrong. This time I ordered the loaded hashbrowns and they were completely cold, like they had just come straight out of a refrigerator. Other visits, my drinks are wrong.
It’s only this location that we ever have these issues with, which makes it even more disappointing. I really expect better consistency and quality. At this point, I’m just over it.

The older woman in the drive thru window in the am shift does NOT need to be in the window. Very rude and disrespectful behavior. I come there all the time she has same dry rude attitude towards guests. Today she gotten my order wrong I ordered the Triple Mocha frozen Coffee. They did not put any chocolate in it and just had it on top as I asked her where is the chocolate she stated that it wasn’t what I ordered but I had to repeat what I wanted very slowly to her. She raises her voice like she always does and is very nasty. The young MOD in the am allows her behavior because none of them want to put any effort into working. Pure laziness and no accountability
I have 20 years of restaurant experience and would never allow my employees or myself to behave this way !!!

Coffee was great- service was not. Literally went thru the drive thru to get my coffee, gave them my mobile order name got to the window and the older lady all but yelled at me saying I skipped the speaker being so rude. This team really needs to work on drive thru communication so you aren’t pissing off customers being blatantly rude to them. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin.

Horrible place to order coffee staff is very immature and very rude and we are very polite and patient got my chain thrown onto the ground and the door slammed with an eye roll called into the Alexandria Duncan with no manager on staff no actual structure for a running business. We will be going to the cold Spring location next time because for some reason they seem to do everything so much better.

Ordered through the mobile app. I picked up my order 5 minutes later. Food was hot, coffee was good. BUT they skimped on the hash browns. I paid $1.50 for 6 hash browns?? No thanks!

I absolutely hate this Dunkin. It’s the closest to my house so I always go there but every time I go there something is always messed up. The people there aren’t always the nicest & the food is always messed up. Today I mobile ordered 2 cappuccinos which were good 2 wraps and another sandwich on the wraps I specifically put in “no egg” and somehow after waiting 20 minutes with only 2 other people in line egg was on my wrap. It’s not a big eldeos but it’s every single time I order from this Dunkin. My boyfriend also gets the loaded hash browns the original ones and somehow we always end up with them either being cold, or the chipotle ones. It’s not a big deal but I spend a ton of money there and it’s always messed up somehow.

Whoever the manager is here needs to have a come to Jesus moment with your employees. And if the manager is the tall girl with the glasses and dark hair, she needs retrained or replaced. I will continue to make the longer trip to Cold Spring for better service. The short older lady with glasses needs to be relived of her position altogether.

Came in this afternoon, about 1:30pm to order coffee for my family aswell as myself, they had a new person working the register, she was nice, but got every one of my coffees incorrect. I could tell she was struggling to find the correct things on the screen while the rest of the staff stood around and talked. My coffees tasted terrible and were all completely incorrect, when i went back in to tell them, they said they couldn’t remake it, though I have seen Dunkin remake coffees in the past, so they just gave me a cup of syrup to add to my espresso. This is just one of the very many bad experiences I have had here including service quality of the workers, if you go anywhere past noon, they get unmotivated and tend to make it in a rush to get you out sooner, might aswell drive an extra few minutes to go to the Cold Spring location.

Unfortunately this locations staff is pretty immature. Today we went in around 1:30pm. Ordered two drinks. One drink turned out fine. The other had to be remade because the girl working added whip cream and my friend has a dairy/milk allergy. When we asked her to remake it she let out the biggest sigh and rolled her eyes. We were polite and patient. They weren’t busy at all. Then she remade it wrong and used whole milk instead of oat after being asked if she used the correct milk. We just left didnt even ask for a refund. I will eat the 5 coffee cost if it means I dont have to interact with people who obviously rude and immature. Its a food allergy.. that has to be taken serious. Maybe some sensitivity/ serve safe training is in need for this location.

Love the place! Very clean and their food and drink are excellent. One bad thing though, is when you get a refresher they will fill the cup up with ice, like to the top. Then when you ask for less ice, they only put like 2 or 3 ice cubes. But other than that the place is amazing!
