Absolutely not I have never received such poor service from a manager I went through the drive and they made my drink incorrectly when I I said something about it they only added to it instead of remaking it I watched him add cream to my coffee twice when I specifically said no cream I went inside the store and they remade me a new one and it was worse than the first one there was only one employee that was nice about the encounter and she did try to help as best as she could but the manager was being unreasonable I am not the type of customer to cause any issue and I hate complaining but to pay 5 dollars for a coffee that I order everyday and it be made incorrectly is just unacceptable

They cannot get a simple dozen donuts correct and their drinks are never consistent, this is a door dash order. Sometimes you’ll be lucky if you even get your drink, would highly recommend making the trip to Krispy Kreme, or even the Thorntons across the street.

Coffee seemed to be reheated, very bitter, worse Dunkin I’ve ever experienced. Let alone nothing was mixed, & the workers didn’t even acknowledge us in the drive-through, they were too busy being loud & talking amongst themselves about boy & girl drama. 🙁 UPDATE! Went back, asked for a decaffeinated Frappuccino (that I’ve gotten before) they told me they don’t do Frappuccino in decafe. Straight up lied to me, let alone one woman whose always there was yelling at us in another language when we asked if it was decafe, she said yes & we explained that it didn’t say it on the paper stuck to the coffee, so she started yelling, got another person who then is the one who stated cold drinks don’t come in decafe.

What I ordered I did not get. The lady Cash I think that’s what she says her name was, was really nice. But when I pulled up to get my order she stated that the glazed donuts were in the oven and it would be 15 minute wait. I put my order in 30 minutes to pick up, I ordered a verity of mixed donuts on a half dozen donuts and also ordered 1 dozen of glazed donuts and a breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was wrong so had to take it back to get that fixed, then I get my donuts which I should have checked while there but now I’m long gone I mean long gone get to where I’m going check my box of the half dozen and they were all glazed, I had a special order of those with only one glazed ordered. So I called and she says she told me they were all glazed, no if you would have said on your half a dozen of donuts we don’t have any of the donuts you chose made would you like all glazed or your money back I would have opted for my money back.
