I went in to Dunkin’ Donuts after ordering me Jimmy John’s in ordered a bucket, a cake and four extra donuts, two different kinds I got the bucket. I got the cake and only received two proper extra donuts. Two of my other donuts were replaced with one Cinnabon this mistake. I can understand if the store was busy, but I was the only person in the entire store, other than the employees. I watched her put the two proper donuts inside the container. I’m still trying to puzzle out how I got the Cinnabon.

I came back today to re-order what I actually was missing the other day I had made a comment didn’t think I sounded very disrespectful, but the lady behind the kennel counter started off with an attitude and had not stopped since I was in the middle of talking to the general manager over the phone when she took the phone and started walking off both the general manager and her extremely rude, and I will never be coming back to this establishment

They need to change their process in the way they serve their customers. I had ordered one meal deal with a coffee, another coffee, and a 10 pk donut. They called my name 3 different times. Each time I had to wait around 5 minutes and walk up to the counter to grab each individual item. One time each for both coffees and then the meal deal that was missing the hashbrowns. I thought they would call my name for those and the donuts. They didn’t. So I waited 25 minutes to be called. I went up to the counter and asked them what’s up and turns out they set them all the way on the other side of the counter. (How would I have known this?). I then asked them about the hashbrowns and she wanted to see my reciept. The kiosk doesn’t print out receipts, which is another red flag! They ended up making new hashbrowns that I waited another 5 minutes for! Things have to change here, especially if you’re serving primarily military members that have to value their time for thier career!

What a horrible experience at this Dunkin’ on Fort Knox. They have always said that customer service was the “Golden Standard” at their locations. The morning staff on Aug. 19th did not provide that type of service. As a matter of fact they didn’t provide any! Didn’t even come to the counter just blurted out that if I’m not paying with cash to use the kiosk and that if I didn’t I’d have to wait a very long time before I could be helped. I’ve never seen/heard of this type of service especially on a military installation. I will not be back and I suggest upper management to retrain their staff on how properly greet customers and how to provide that Golden Standard service. What a disaster!

This place is hit or miss depending on who is working. Some staff are great and others act like they have better things to do than work. Unfortunately because of the location they don’t really have any competition and can get away with the hot l/cold service.

Excellent donuts & breakfast sandwiches. Service and staff are great. Coffee is another plus. Recommend. It’s worth the visit to Fort Know. If you’re not current military, be sure to get your visitors pass beforehand. You can get them at the the visitors center . I believe it’s Chaffee Gate. Stopped by Dunkin donuts today. ( 04-01-23 ) , the donuts were great, and the coffee was wonderful.

I’m downgrading my 5 star review from a year ago to a 2 star because service and taste has gone downhill. Drinks taste good at least 50% of the time which is good, but I always order decaf and several times have been told it’s not decaf, do I want them to remake it. Yep. That’s why I order on the app, so it’s ready (and right) when I go to pick it up. Now I verify everytime that it’s decaf because I never see the employee that would let me know anymore. The hot/warmed food I’ve ordered is always burned (most recently hash browns and chocolate croissant) and they never have chocolate cream filled donuts. (I asked if Dunkin’ quit making them and was told no, their location just doesn’t usually have them unless they have them…. Um, okay.) Most of the employees are nice, but the manager is always unpleasant. It doesn’t matter if I’ve asked her a question or just watched her interact with employees, she seems to have a bad day everyday. Lastly, for now, the Baskin Robbins ice cream prices posted were incorrect for over a month. I ordered a single scoop that was supposed to be 2.59 and after tax it was over $4! When I asked why, I was told the prices changed but they haven’t updated their board yet. The next 2 times I was in the food court area, they still hadn’t changed the price. Today it finally was. If the next closest Dunkin wasn’t up in Louisville, I’d never come back. The frequency of my visits has definitely lessened for sure though!

I walked in and Zoey greeted me with a smile. I asked how her day was and a machine had broken down and I could see it had made a mess, but nonetheless, she was pleasant and cheerful the whole time. Service was fast and my drink is great. I do wish there was a Dunkin’ off post, but when I’m nearby, I’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

worst dunkin ive ever been too!! placed and online order and when it to grab it, but still had no drink after 20 minutes. I waited another 5-10 before saying anything and when i did, they quickly glanced at my phone to see what i got and made the order. I when i was finally handed the drink after 30 minutes, i asked if it was exactly like i ordered, due to me having paid for extra stuff, on top of having almond milk instead of whole milk, which I CANT HAVE!!!! he told me it was right and went about his way. Well it was in fact NOT correct. all i paid extra for was missing and he in fact did not give me almond milk….ruined my morning and whole day honestly. will NOT be back

Other than the fact that they are no longer accepting mobile orders this is my favorite Dunkin. staff is always friendly and they do not mess up my drinks as much as the other Duncans around here.

Edit/Update:
The latest crew working here is super friendly and on their game. I have appreciated the much-improved customer service over the last few months.

One thing they could improve is more timely updates to the app for ordering ahead, noting when things are out. But from what I understand this is a management issue.

This location always seems chaotic. Plus, they’ve been out of cold brew, and instead of removing it from the menu or telling customers, they put a shot of espresso in a cup of iced coffee. Not the same…Just remove it from the menu!
