I’m giving this 5 start only for employee Genevie noon shift and jade morning shift. Love the vibes from manager willie. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t come get coffee here. Only times I’ve had good experience is with the people I’ve named are on shift. Everyone else lacks people skills. Jade consistently provided excellent customer service. She’s Very attentive to customers, super social and patient. Every time we come in she’s the main one attending to everyone and does the cleaning inside.. This girl is a good example of how folks want to be treated when they sit down and spend money. Coffee for some of us determines our day off to a good or bad start. The customer service we receive is just as imperative. I hope the employees I mention get the recognition they deserve.

My daughter had a gift card for the store so we went there early Sunday morning. There were no cars in the parking lot and a couple in drive-thru so we went into the store. There was no greeting or acknowledgment that we even walked into the place. The selection of specialty donuts were minimal for that time of the morning and others were of low stock. I placed and paid for my order at the kiosk and again, no acknowledgment. Drive-thru seemed to be moving slow, the staff was either talking in the back or making coffees. After a few minutes, someone walked up and started gathering my order. They put the boxes on top of the counter and said “Thanks” and walked off. My daughter and I laughed at this and walked out. As for the quality of donuts, they seemed old and somewhat stale. I remember when DD had great donuts and rivaled other donut places. If it wasn’t for the gift card, this would have been an expensive wasted trip for donuts. Donut shops like AHA and Donut Factory will continue to get my business.

Went here for the first time and the donut and coffee I got was amazing, came back a second time 2 days later and I cannot say the same about that visit. Coffee is not consistent which sucks cause personally, that’s what I tend to rate on. Decent place to get coffee and breakfast but I would not go consistently.

I came here around 1:30 and they were out of chicken for a chicken biscuit and bread for my grilled cheese. The hasbrowns were greasy and falling apart as I tried to eat them. Tables were dirty and chairs. Finally the workers weren’t the friendliest

Ordered a dozen assorted thru door dash. I didn’t get what I clicked for. And a couple of the same kind of donuts were still dough on the inside. Either the people that work here do not care about anything or well that’s about it. I guess the employees just dont care. More then likely they have cell phones in hand. Worst donut experience ever.

Unbelievably but believably Dunkin’ Sent out my door dash order missing the doughnuts from the doughnut place. Then I reordered after it didn’t show up. They blamed the dasher then sent out the 2nd order with the 2nd half of that order missing. Hopefully a real breakfast franchise will open in pearl soon. Doughnuts missing from a doughnut place. We’ve been here a few times now and it’s never been the greatest experience. They seem to be out of a lot whenever we’ve been here, we’ve always gotten attitude from the employees, foods fine but not worth the wait or experience here.

Sat in the drive through from 5:05-5:15am 7/20/23 and no one ever checked on us. I was very let down as this was my very first Dunkin experience. There seemed to be only one person working at the time. Poor management.
