Its freezing outside and I wanted a hot coffee. I went through drive-thru and I asked Makayla to pick her favorite hot drink and donut and that’s what I will have. She made a hot caramel drizzle latte and a strawberry icing donut. DELICI US! Live a little and let someone else make decisions. I couldn’t have done better myself. Thank Y U

Came here to get a drink at one of the last dunkins on my route for probably an hour+ and they have all the lights on and the drive through menu lights on with no sign stating they are closed but there is no one answering the drive thru or window. There’s two cars outside as if there’s employees but no one is answering. Almost all roads around here are cleared after the storm. Not saying it’s the employees fault but the managers or corporate can send someone out to post a sign and to turn off lights to not waste people’s time and gas money. There’s a line of cars coming up, waiting, going to window, and then just driving off after waiting for 5-10 minutes. Incredibly unprofessional. Every other business around them is opened and fully staffed.
Proof of no sign and lights on below.

If there is a wait outside… there is a wait inside. All the YouTubers and TicTokers with NO JOB need to get to work. The industry is overworked and UNDER PAID to deal with “you left late”. Please be patient and kind and try telling them they are your Super Hero for the day. They will glow! Thank Y U Makayla for being my Super Hero! Greatly Appreciated.

Pulled up for caffeine and caught attitude before I even ordered. Then she hands out the drive-thru tip tablet like I’m donating to the Dunkin’ Emotional Support Fund. I hit “no tip” (wonder why?) and suddenly the passive-aggressive commentary starts. Little remarks. Extra tone. Enough sarcasm to sweeten my coffee without sugar. Tipping culture is officially wild. Be nice first, then ask for a tip — not rude, then shocked when the tip doesn’t magically appear. Funny thing is, I WOULD have tipped if the interaction hadn’t already felt like a roast session. Coffee was fine. The attitude? Needed a filter.

We stopped at this Dunkin during a 12 hour road trip. I ordered one of the lattes as hot and not i ed by accident. They were so kind and prepared the correct one free of charge! Not even annoyance in their voices. Great service with a smile.

We stopped before noon and they were out of almost every type of donut. We found this out after spending over 15 minutes painstakingly ordering at the kiosk and paying (only way to order in the store – no way to order from a person or see what donuts available). The worker was apologetic, but why didn’t they warn us they were out of so many items? Dunkin is a rare treat for us – my kids were so disappointed.

Stopped to grab a coffee at this location when I went inside to order a cup there was a hand written sign that said order at the kiosk or go through the drive through. There was four ladies behind the counter three were standing in a circle having a great chat with each other (not working) pretty shocking customer service experience, I just walked out.

Long wait in drive thru, ordered a wrap sandwich meal, got the wrap with what appeared to have an egg half a sausage and the flat bread was stale and and hard, got a flavored ice coffee with no flavor, and 4 little hash rounds. I will never go back again to any dunking donuts ever. Duck Duck donuts needs to open up on the east side

It’s mainly a drive thru only, you can go inside and order at a kiosk and pick up at the pickup window. Service was putting out drink at the pick up place so I guess was good service. The drinks were as ordered and tasted good. It’s a newer place and was clean. The Dunkin Go is smaller as it’s for mainly drive thru.

I tried to call in an order and, ok for 8 dozen, they require a notice, but when I asked how many I can get, the girl hung up on me. I won’t be spending my money at this location ever again.
