Not timely, not friendly and definitely not presentable for staff to wear pants sagging under their bottom with boxers hanging out. Waited to order for over 6 minutes then waited another 10 at the window for a hot chocolate and iced coffee. No one in front of me in line and staff did not look professional nor clean. Last visit for me.

I only go to this location because it’s super close to my work and 7 Brew doesn’t offer food/ Dutch Bros food is verrrrry limited. Every time I come here, I wait 10 mins+ in the drive through to pay and get my food. Even when I order ahead through the mobile app, I still wait over 10 mins and the drive through/inside will be empty. I 98% of the time get hashbrowns (sometimes loaded) which are usually undercooked/soggy. I always have to check my bag before pulling away to only end up asking for a fork (loaded hashbrowns) and napkins which is ridiculous. I’ve always just assumed they were understaffed and maybe disorganized some but lately it’s gotten bad. The other locations in Morristown and in Jeff City are so much better in my opinion. Guess I’ll have to start changing up my routine and go elsewhere ˙◠˙

It’s horrible to arrive at a place and see all the staff with such a bad attitude. Long faces, if you hate your job, if you don’t like to deal with customer service or people get another job. Be polite, and be courteous to customers. if you walk to a place and say “good morning,” and get answered, “What you need.” Horrible experience seeing young people in such bad mood.

I came in and about half the case was full in the afternoon. I got a jelly donut and a glazed doughnut. The glazed donut I just ate the middle. The jelly donut was hard so I gave it to my dog.

Very frustrating to place a mobile order and sit in line for 40 minutes with only four cars ahead of me in line. I waited at the window alone for 15 minutes to be ignored a majority of the time. I tried telling the employee the name of my order, but the employees kept talking over each other and mispronouncing my name (laughing as they did). They asked me to spell my name, then laughed as they misspelled it to each other. After 10 minutes, the employee told me they weren’t able to make my drink (already mobile ordered ahead) because they were out of espresso and offered to make me a regular coffee. I don’t understand why this wasn’t communicated earlier. He then regifted me an abandoned order that looked and tasted disgusting. When I declined the abandoned order, the employee told me to take them anyways. I’ll attach a photo of that order (two of the same drink that look and taste completely different). My drink tasted like dirty water. Three poorly made drinks. Clearly, this Dunkin needs new management to create an organized work environment and provide retraining opportunities.
(Previous Review) — Although I enjoy Dunkin, this location is very inconsistent when it comes to coffee orders. Even when I mobile order the same drink every time, I still find the drinks are different each time. Sometimes I get overloaded with syrup and other times there’s maybe one pump. The inconsistency is just a tad frustrating. The donuts are pretty average, so I much prefer their coffee. The lines can be long as well, but thankfully the building is wide enough to where you aren’t in line in the street. From the times I have been to this Dunkin, the employees are super friendly! They just seem to have a communication issue when it comes to drink consistency.

I get a monthly credit on my card for Dunkin Donuts so I order from here A LOT. My go-to sandwich is the avocado toast which they do fine, and I have about 3 drinks that I love. Once they let me try a drink I was curious about, and they said if I didn’t like it, they would make me another. No issues with the staff — they have been friendly. And fast enough.

Today the girl taking orders got my order wrong I corrected her before driving around. When I got my coffee it was still wrong so I let her know, she then offered to give me a cup of French vanilla to add to my coffee myself. I told her no I’d like for her to add it so it could be stirred up and she told me she couldn’t take it back so I said she could make a new one! She got mad and had the guy added to my already made coffee which is fine however it don’t taste the way it’s supposed to. It was her fault it was wrong after me telling her not one but twice. I’ve never had a problem with any location not wanting to fix something until today! I get everyone makes mistakes but don’t be rude to a customer over your mistake! Do better!

Coffee and hash browns were good. Staff was friendly, however the male employee who cooked my hash browns touched them with his bare unwashed hands after he got them out of the oven. They should use something to pick them up with besides their hands…..
