Whoever the rude girl was that was working tonight, needs to learn some manners if she’s choosing the service industry as her profession. I pulled up, sat there for a few minutes, no one ever spoke, so I said hello, and this girl literally just screamed, you’re gonna have to be patient with me! Well, I would have been, if you would have acknowledged my presence to begin with. I continued waiting for a few more minutes, without another word from her, & then I just left.

Yesterday I got a pumpkin spice latte in Jonesborough, however today I went through the drive through in Johnson City and asked for it the male worker speaking was so extremely rude to me for even asking for it. Saying they haven’t opened it yet. Literally said “excuse me” in the most hateful tone because I said I got it yesterday. I also ordered food. While waiting on the food they didn’t hand me my coffee which was ready sitting there. Also didn’t give me a straw til I asked. Coffee was handed last. Lady at the window was also acting “strange” my coffee was absolutely terrible and no sugar. Seemed intentional. For what? Because I asked for pumpkin flavoring? I’ll stick to jonesborough location they are phenomenal. Employees could use customer service training. I’ll never be back to this particular store

Honestly I’ve always been a Dunkin girl, but everytime I come to this location it’s worse and worse. If you’re in the area go to 7brew instead, you’ll be treated with respect not like you’re giving them chores. And when they mess up they don’t try to justify it with silly excuses. When I’m on the other side of town I’ll go to that Dunkin but I’m done wasting my money at this location.

Quick stop for a few coffees while traveling in the area. Didn’t use the drive-thru a nd I thought it took a bit longer going inside, but that’s usually the way things work at places with drive-thru’s. Dunkin’s coffee is much better than Starbucks, so happy to have found it.

I have just gone through the drive-thru and was treated so rudely by the employee – unlike any experience I have ever had with the food service industry in my entire life. I will never go to this Dunkin again and will absolutely be contacting their corporate office. Not only was the young lady completely rude to me – when I asked why none of the donuts were listed at the drive-thru – she subsequently slammed the window in my face! 110% unacceptable service.

I love Dunkin and order from here often. However, four times now I have ordered through DoorDash a peach passion fruit coconut refresher and been given the tea base one. Something in that tea base causes an allergic reaction for me. I have to pour it out everytime. I can’t get an answer from the store to make sure my order is correct before the dasher picks it up. Usually if I have time to go by and get it myself my order is perfect but not through the delivery. Not sure why I don’t get the coconut as the order online, the ticket on the bag and the drink ticket all say coconut refresher.

Usually ok..I come by here for my iced coffee everyday,most of the time twice..today was my day off and I brought my 3 year old daughter for donuts too and of course I get my latte and its wrong completely,then I get 2 large iced coffee as usual…get home with them(i should have checked them first) and the latte was all rung up wrong and the 2 large coffees were mixed with tea! I live 30 minutes away,this has happened 4 times in the last few months ( I’ve even called and talked to some of my favorite cashiers that work there and drove all the way back to fix them..its gross,a waste of time,gas and money and it’s sad because it’s my one thing for myself I do that makes working all the time easier
