Donuts taste too commercialized. Not like years ago when everything was made in store. By that I mean the whole donut made at each location instead of being shipped in and finished at the location. Coffee and drink menu is getting better.
Update!!! It really makes me sad when a place that I used to love as a kid has gone downhill so fast!!! The pictures that I just posted were from yesterday when I purchased cream filled donuts. They were in the shape of a valentine. A little swirl of cream and then basically empty. Past the middle of the heart there was NO CREAM!!! days gone by the cream would be gushing out the top!! What happened to quality? Since Dunkin no longer produces donuts at store level anymore the employees have no concept of the way their donuts used to be made. I would pay 10cents extra for more cream. Like it should be!!!? It’s a shame they have gone this route. So basically if you want a donut filled with cream, do not go here!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! Tried to go through drive-in, thru at 950pm. Said they could only take door dash orders. Very upset. I called to ask why when I was the only one in line that they couldn’t take my order!!! I was hung up on by the male who answered the phone!!!! I called back and talked to a female who lied and told me that I wasn’t hung up on. I was then told that their system was updating which I don’t believe!!!! If that is the case that’s a terrible system in place!!!!! You deny a customer purchase. What kind of business practice is that??????? I also tried to go inside earlier but there was a closed sign written that lobby was closed due to being understaffed!!!!! Even though there were two employees!!!!!! I am in there quite often, but no more!!!!! This was the last chance!!!!!! I doubt I will get a reply. Dunkin NEVER replies to complaints!!!!!

Only got a pumpkin spiced latte, it was delicious but the restaurant itself was dirty with trash all in the floor and 6 employees just standing around talking instead of cleaning. If you have time to lean you have time to clean.

Waited in line for 15mins for 2 bagels and 2 drinks and didn’t get the correct drink the bagels I got 2 tops and my wife got 2 bottoms also which were cold and over heard the employees talk as bout spitting in food and was loving all over each other instead of working if I could give 0 stars I would do not recommend

I frequent this dunkin and usually don’t have a problem which is why I left 2 stars instead of one. But today I waited around 20 min in the drive thru for the mobile order I had placed. I finally got to the window and they asked what I ordered MULTIPLE times and couldn’t find my order. Eventually, they hand me my drink and a bag.
The drink was correct but after opening the bag, I realized some of the food was missing. I told the girl at the window and they started making the missing food. In the meantime, I ate one or two hash browns from the bag and opened up the paper surrounding the breakfast sandwich to see if it was correct. It was not. I looked at the bag again and it had someone else’s name on it. I held the bag up to the window for the employee and she took the bag back in and gave me a new bag with my food.
All of this to say… If your name is Kayleigh and you placed a mobile order on 11/29 around 1:30, there’s a very high chance they served you food that I had already started eating and opened up the sandwich to verify it was correct.
I have no way of knowing if they remade the food but they were so busy and already lost so much time from messing up my order, I highly doubt they remade it..

Come to this Dunkin offer. Over the last couple months my coffee taste burnt like they did t refresh it, my lightly toasted bagel was very brown and the seeds were burnt. The cream cheese on it was almost non existent. I stopped to by a small pack of cream cheese to put some on it since it barely covered on side. Coffee was like warm by the time I got. 10 minutes in line. Only 2 cars in front of me. Get it together Dunkin

I went to the drive thru and the employees weren’t very friendly. I got a sweat teA which wasn’t very sweet and I got some kind of cup with hash browns we with bacon cheese in it and I paid over $6 for those 2 things and the cup didn’t have much hash browns stuff in it. It was a rip off. I’ve heard people say they will rip you off. I don’t eat there now I see why.

Staff is always great and helpful with questions on drinks. The food is actually really tasty, too. Do yourself a favor and download the Dunkin app so you can take advantage of their rewards.

The service at this location is joke..they have a note on speaker box saying speaker box not working speak loud so they can hear you..well after a 5 min wait i heard speaker crackeling so i spoke loud and clear even repeated it. Pulled up to window and they didnt get my order..told them all i wanted was a large coff. They then said i have to pull back around..get back inline do it again no thanks theres a large line now you cant just make me a cup..no she says it will mess up our order cycle..just pick a different dd if you got to go..this place always have problems..jan 4th 2026 at 4pm

I order from this location multiple times a day. I won’t be going back. I scheduled a mobile order 8 hours before I went. I get to speaker they tell me to pull to window then I wait 30ins to get to window to be told my drink isn’t made because they are out of caramel. Then the lady tell me they can’t give me a refund
All doors were locked so you couldn’t go in and speak with anyone so I call and the guy I remember you and says now I can come get a refund once I am already home then is rude and hangs up one several times.
