I love my colleagues and customers BUT sometimes some of the costumers are unreasonable and they get attitudes immediately ,unreasonably. when we try to resolve mistakes (we are humans as well) half of the time some people choose not to acknowledge the fact that we can fix all the issues they have. Some people choose not to come back because they’re too shy to speak up for themselves or they simply complain about the issue and then they don’t want anything to be resolved and to simply to be heard. I say all of this to, in layman terms to say COMMUNICATE TO US we really appreciate your feedback at our store. We all work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone is satisfied.

This Dunkin’ is a nice spot to sit down and get some work done on my computer. The atmosphere is relaxed, seating is comfortable, and it’s a good environment to focus. Food and drinks are decent and reliable. I’ll keep coming back.

I cannot scream loud enough how absolutely AMAZING the crew working tonight is!! On 12-4-2025 I went in about 3:30ish and had the most amazing experience I have ever had!! Everyone working was beyond helpful, patient and kind!! They went well above and beyond!! These workers absolutely deserve a huge applause and even a raise!! Thank you Dunkin Crew, you are absolutely amazingly wonderful!!

Went here today on Thanksgiving morning to grab a quick snack since it was the only place open. No line so, I was not busy. I decided to order on the app since I rarely eat there. I ordered 2 chicken with cheese and no bacon croissants with 2 sides of hash browns . We got the food and the first thing I notice was how cold the hash browns were. I thought to myself self okay it will be fine just eat them. The flavor was good just cold . We pulled the sandwiches out and I couldn’t even tell it was a croissant. It was flattened to death and so much butter was on it. Again I was not going to complain then I noticed my cheese was missing. At this point I’m upset but I was not taking the food back to be spit on or something worse. I ate the food . Needless to say the sandwich was tasteless and bland. For $17.00 I expected more . As a first experience,I will probably never ever eat at Dunkin again I’ll stick to a matcha.

Everything we ordered was delicious and came out quickly.
We ate inside. Not crowded and plenty of seating.
Service was excellent.
Clean single person restroom.
Very convenient to the interstate. Easy to access the parking lot and get back on the highway.
It was a really great choice for a quick road trip stop for a snack or a cup of coffee!

If you order through the app it seems they’ll do the opposite of what you ask. Ordered a sourdough sandwich. Wanted cheese. Didn’t get cheese at all. Wanted maple sugar bacon. Got regular bacon instead. Wanted it toasted. Instead it’s not toasted so it’s just rubbery bread. .-. At least they gave me the 2 eggs Great start to the morning lmao just moved here and seems like I won’t be spending my money here due to first impressions. The girl at the window was very nice though!

We got a shake from Baskin Robins and it was DELICIOUS!!! The iced coffee we got was good for a Dunkin coffee (ima Starbies girl) BUT the dang doughnut holes never seem fresh and they never have the Halloween bucket which is super disappointing!!!

It seems everytime I’m in here it’s understaffed causing long lines inside and in the drive thru. You’d think eventually management would address this but 15 minutes on a pre-made donut and a coffee is a production issue caused by not enough staff.

Greeted kindly and patiently. Beautiful Dunkin Donuts. The coffee on the other hand was underwhelming. They did not have cold foam lids. In fact, we didn’t even get cold foam, they just gave us whipped cream and charged us for cold foam. The coffee was bitter from being overcooked. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. This Dunkins standard of sugar versus any other Dunkin I’ve been to lacked the appropriate amount of sugar by comparison. I can’t say I’ve had a worser cup of coffee from any other Dunkin’ Donuts. I might have just caught them on a bad day. They do need to address this and make sure they’re serving a product worthy of their name.
