Anslie is the GOAT! I asked her name just to leave this review. She went above and beyond during a busy lunch hour to show me the nutrition facts on the almond milk so I could log it in my calorie counting app. She helped me purchase a gift card and redeem 2 items from my app, all while being friendly! She even went looking for a permanent marker because I requested one lol. Keep her, she’s awesome!

Dunkin in fort Payne is ridiculous. Every time I go there they mess up my extremely simple order. They’re rude. Don’t listen. Clearly do not like their job. I have to say this is not dunkin as a whole. It’s literally just fort Payne. However. SCOTTSBORO Dunkin is ON POINT ever single day and they clearly enjoy their job.

Very bad service, seems unorganized every time you go in. My wife and daughter walked out today after standing in front of the counter for 5 -10 minutes and not even being greeted. We went down the road to the other local donut store and was met with fast and friendly service.

I have been here three times, and each of them have been nothing short of unpleasant. the first time, they messed up my order and gave me muffins instead of doughnuts and took forever getting me the right thing. The second time, i got a chai tea latte. these are my absolute favorite, but these from this dunkin’ literally taste like milk with a hint of cinnamon. and for $6??? that’s crazy!!! And today, the third time, i went and got a drink and croissant. they sat my food by the window and walked away. my food and drink sat there while two other employees were just standing there doing nothing. i sat there for five minutes just waiting for someone to take my money. ridiculous! train those kids better or get new employees! this dunkin is out of control!!!

Wasn’t what I expected and they don’t have lemon filled donuts and that’s what I was looking forward to getting and I order fresh vanilla cappuccino and they spilled it and took forever making me another one and honestly I rather have one from MAPCO theirs are way better but they have plenty of employees and they are nice and the place was clean.
