Run for your life, I worked in a fast food restaurant when I was young if you don’t want the job, don’t take it. I unfortunately have a relative who likes their food here I have never waited less than 20 minutes. God forbid someone they know comes in. They will be moved to the front of the line and you’ll be waiting 30 minutes. I would rather sit at the DMV every day for a month than the walk-through Dunkin’ Donuts doors again at the Vestavia location

Dunkin’ drinks and food are respectively similar to other locations. Customer service is non existent. So much pushback, angst, and unfriendly responses from staff. It’s shocking how much effort was put into being condescending and rude to unassuming customers. I watched it, then it happened to me. Why did I give them my money? Just wasn’t worth the trouble. Learn to respect your customers please, Dunkin staff.

Very rude staff. Worst customer service ever. We ordered only 2 drinks. We were asked to pull further down below and wait for our drinks. We stood there waiting for 15 mins when I decided to go inside to check on what’s going since there were no cars that were on the drive through window. When I went inside I found our drinks waiting on the counter while one of the staff was idling there on her phone. The girl who was taking the drive through orders was extremely rude. Will never again come to this dunkin.

I don’t understand the difference between placing a mobile order and arriving at the voice box a moment later versus ordering at the voicebox is. Workers always make a point to make it obvious that you are an inconvenience for doing so. That being said: waiting at the “2nd window” for 8 minutes with an empty to-go line and an order with two house blend coffees is astounding. We ended up reversing to the main window as no one had popped by and no one was in line either. We were then told to return back to said window, where the coffees magically appeared seconds later. It was clear they had forgotten we parked ahead at the second window. Punishing your customers to prove a point is ridiculous. If you have a problem fulfilling mobile orders, you should find another occupation.

This place is greatly understaffed. I have placed an online order about 10 minutes before I got there and it still wasn’t ready when I arrived. It was just 2 coffee muffins and apple juice. Instead of getting coffee muffins, I received some corn muffins.
This is not 1st time that it takes extremely long for simple orders. Please hire more people!!

The line was 3 cars deep at the drive thru, so I decided to go inside to order. I was greeted immediately with a “thanks for coming in” and a smile by the clerk (brown haired guy with glasses- I didn’t catch his name). He said he would be with me ASAP. He was the only one working both in store and drive thru. I watched him make 8 drinks for 3 cars and ring everyone up with enthusiasm, competence, and a friendly demeanor. He apologized for the “long wait” (it was less than 4 minutes) and cheerfully took my order. I was nice to see someone who was both good at their job and happy to be there. Thank you guy from Dunkin’ for making the world a little brighter!

These girls at drive thru I believe she said her name is Vannah and Mya? But they are always incredibly sweet but if I come and it’s a older lady on the speaker she either talks to me like I’m dumb or they rush me to order or go through the drive thru and I understand I work in fast food but their attitudes are terrible and i refuse to come if she’s there. If it weren’t for her the Service rating would be higher

I went through the drive through today and asked for a ice vanilla latte and she said pull up to the first window and there wasn’t anyone there. This is the worst latte I’ve ever had there is no vanilla in here and there’s barley any oat milk. I will not be coming back here again.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Some of the worst customer service you will ever encounter. In my short time of waiting for my order that the employees forget to put in, I also literally saw a lady from the drive-thru come in after they forgot to include her coffee in her order. I PROMISE you that you will regret patronizing this restaurant. I also saw the restaurant manager grab a munchkin with his barehand right out of the tray. So to round off the terrible customer service, you may also have some sanitation and hygiene issues to contend with as well. Will not be back.
