This is the third time there has been an issue with my order here. I’m super disappointed. I’ve gotten parfaits for breakfast before. I’m always fine with paying extra for them… but this level skimping is surely not chick-fil-a standard. First time…maybe it’s just a fluke … but this is the Third time of subpar quality. I’m forever loyal, but the food Is too expensive to not have good quality.

The food was absolutely delicious! Perfect temperature. The new floats were amazing! The service is always excellent. The atmosphere was great the only complaint was it was a very cold day. The cold air was coming in from the drive thru door which traveled to the dining area making it too cold to really enjoy.

The drive thru was quick, but not perfect. I understand wanting to get food out on time to keep labor down, but this increases mistakes.
Food was wrong and fries are more crispy than I’d normally like.
Customer service was great! I am not driving back to the store to get things corrected. Just do better.

I don’t know why this Chick-fil-A can’t run the same as others but for some reason they can not figure out how to run an efficient drive thru. The mobile drive thru line is always backed up and never moved as quickly as the regular drive thru line. They bring out the orders of the mobile thru line in batches instead of as they are ready so food waits and you get stuck when your food is ready. Then they prioritize the regular drive thru side for some reason. The accuracy of my orders is usually right about 80% of the time which isn’t great for a restaurant with a small menu.
This Chick-fil-A NEEDS to figure out a change for their mobile thru.

Checked out this location with some friends of mine, upon entry was immediately welcomed in to pick up my order. My party was asked if we needed anything multiple times from an employee named journey. He was very attentive and met our needs. Will definitely be back !

It’s wild to think that a job at Chickfila is too hard for some to manage. Management needs to train better or hire better employees. Almost every time I come through, they get something wrong. In the app, when I ask for 2 ranch & 1 buffalo… why would I receive 1 buffalo and nothing else? Fries upside down in the bag. No straw. I literally never leave reviews, but this Chickfila has rude employees and apparently bad management. Go to the one on the other side of town if you want better service.

Arrived on time for my catering order. Told 5 different workers I was waiting on a catering order and my name. Finally 30 minutes later I got the attention of a worker I told already and asked him to check on it for me. Lo and behold no one told the kitchen I was here so the food wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after the scheduled order time. There needs to be an option through the app or email to confirm your arrival.

I went on Wednesday and they were hosting bingo. The announcer for it was beyond sweet and funny. I got asked multiple times by multiple employees if I needed anything or any refills and they looked happy to help. Elyse was super sweet and brought my friend an ice cream as well as checking on us and getting our trash out of the way without even asking. Overall great time with friends and amazing customer service especially with it being an event!!

Always get my order wrong, and I always find hairs in my nuggets and fries. The food is just not good at this Chick-fil-A. It all tastes old. Maybe if the staff spent less time laughing and playing with each other, the food would meet Chick-fil-A standards. Won’t be returning.

I placed my mobile carryout order at 10:18am I left the store empty handed at 10:32. At 11:05am I got a notification that my order was ready. This store was not built to keep up with demand at peak times.
