Sad. IT was later in the afternoon but they were just sad anyways. Used to be good. I think downsizing or I don’t know. Getting cheap like everyone else. Whatever it’s not good. I was shocked at what Dunkin donuts has become. Which is low quality. Smaller weaker product. Sad and super expensive for quality.

Not a welcoming location! Order coffee last night and then this morning through mobile walked in to pick up and both time wasnt even acknowledged this morning however I stood there waiting for over 10 minutes because while my coffee was sitting on the mobile pick up my food was not finally said something girl helped me ahe was nice but to have 5 employees walk past me not even ask of i needed help was sad the iowa locations are more courteous

This Dunkin’ Donuts is located inside the Petro Travel Center in Dodge City, AL off the I-65. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at this store. They were very friendly and served my coffee drink in record time. As well the store was well stocked and super clean. Enjoy and safe travels!!!

Ordered online for a dozen chocolate donuts. When I arrived they said they didn’t have any and gave me the crap nobody else wanted. When I asked if there was any other way to be compensated or to get this corrected they said no. Just fire the entire staff there, they are too lazy and dont care about accuracy on an order.

Terrible, careless attitude toward customers. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I wanted to buy some delicious Baskin Robbins ice cream, but I was told it was closed—even though Dunkin’ Donuts is open until 9 PM, and it was only 8:50. Outstanding customer focus, indeed. Huge minus to the supervisors.

My husband I do do OTR and parked here last night. This morning we wanted coffee before heading out. The other reviews had me worried but to my surprise everything was smooth and fast. The cashier was friendly and she double checked my order was correct and it only took 5 minutes to make 2 iced coffees. Thank you ladies!

This location is frustrating! Please Corporate put a Manager at this location. At least 3-4 days a week the Drive-Thru has a sign that says closed! Friday 12/27/24 I was second in line waiting for at least 7 minutes. The car before me ordered, I drive-up someone says I’ll be right with you, 5 minutes pass then someone says “I’m sorry the drive-thru is closed!” What? are you kidding me? I have been sitting in line for several minutes you cannot just say “ Drive-Thru is closed “ Where is the manager of this location? Who is responsible for training the workers? With this location being a large Truck Stop Corporate is losing tons of money! Please someone step in and Manage this Duncan! It’s truly pathetic!

Purchased a new cup, 2 muffins, hot coffee and maple bacon sandwich. Got back to my truck and started down the road, charged for 2 but only received 1. Considering almost 2 bucks for a muffin, I was not impressed. I wasn’t about to go up to the next exit to turn the semi around. I really don’t have much luck with this location. I think if they stopped having conversations with each other and paid attention to what they were doing and not standing around eating your inventory, less mistakes would be made. There were two other people together ahead of me and they screwed up her drink. They took it back, started talking to one another and the lady said never mind I’ll just take it. They didn’t have the right cheese for mine which I was ok with but it wasn’t the young lady who was making it who asked me but the coworker eating ice cream with a mouth full asking if it was OK. My last visit here they didn’t have blueberry muffins so as she is telling me and popping a hash brown in her mouth she tells me I’m going to give you some extra hash browns to make up for it. I threw the order in the garbage. Someone needs to start paying attention to what’s going on there. Update, I opened the bag and not even 1 muffin, 2 donuts! I called, lady said she charged me for donuts because she thought that’s what I said. Muffins , donuts not even close to sounding the same. Again, perhaps reading the order back. Spent over 30 in Duncan and over $120. In the store. I decided the 5 hundred needed in diesel was best spent elsewhere.
