I visited the Alabaster location and they were very friendly. The apple fritter and glazed donut were fresh. I asked the cashier if they were warm and she said they weren’t but they could warm them up for me. I will definitely go back.

The kids who work here are seriously so rude. They messed up my order and refused to give me a refund when or the missing coffee. When I emailed corporate they responded, asked for my receipt, and never wrote back. I have been back a couple times since then, but after how rude the young man and young lady were this morning, I won’t be back.

Today was my first time getting coffee from Dunkin. I hit the drive thru on a Wednesday morning at 8:38. The guy that took my order and money was very courteous. After paying I was sent to the second window. After sitting for a couple of minutes I was handed my coffee by a young woman that didn’t say anything. The cup was sticky and wet. She closed the window and walked away before I could say anything. The coffee was OK, just wish the cup wasn’t such a mess or she had at least offered me a napkin to clean the mess off of my cup and hand.

Our food was burnt and I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and they gave me a little croissant. The boy said they can’t do just a big croissant with ham and cheese and that they had no cheese. But how in the world did I get a little ham croissant. Last time I went I got what I usually get (ham and cheese croissant with a hot chocolate) not only that the donuts we got were a day old. Also he messed up our order we ordered two sweet teas we only got one.

The people that work there are so slow I mean how long does it take to make avocado toast, I’ve waited 15 to 20 minutes. They have no personality. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did something to the food. There was only 1 girl that was good and unfortunately I didn’t get her name. You definitely need to revamp fire most of the crew and hire people with personality!!

I ordered 6 donuts with chocolate icing and sprinkles and when they arrived, they were unglazed bland plain donuts with a bag of icing and sprinkles so that I could make them myself! They tasted GROSS without the glaze and I want my money back but the store won’t answer the phone. So I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow when I can go up to the store myself. I will likely never revisit this location ever again.

If you’re only going to give people 6 old hash browns, I feel like that should come with a warning. My sick kid just wanted a doughnut and hasbrowns, and this was definitely a huge disappointment and waste of money. Even the doughnuts seem old and dried up. What a waste.
