Store #302512 is my go to Dunkin when I’m on my way to work. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They remember my name and greet me with a smile always. From the person taking the orders who has let me know and others on several occasions that she loves my name, to the person handing me my food, the experience is absolutely delightful. Even when they don’t have what I ordered at the moment, they make sure to give me plenty of other options to choose from, and make sure to let me know when it will be back in stock. If I’m not having such a great morning this Dunkin and its staff is sure to change my mood by the time I leave the drive thru. Way to go store #302512, you definitely have a lifetime customer out of me!!!

walked in to a manager talking very disrespectfully to a employee then manager told me she could not help us inside if we were paying cash. We had to go wait on the very long drive-thru line because she was too busy but there was only one person in line ahead of me. I wanted to order donuts and coffee for my coworkers but decided I would go somewhere else.

This place is extremely slow, not clean at all extremely chaotic. The food is disgusting. The service sucks. They got my whole order wrong even though it says the correct thing on the receipt. These people are totally incompetent and does not need to be working at any job whatsoever will never go to this place again. It is absolutely horrible. Worst service and food and drinks I’ve ever had in my life. I do not recommend going to this place at all. Do not waste your money on it.

Attempted to go to this Dunkin again and they say the same thing that their latte machine is down. And last time it was latte machine down and no carmel. Its frustrating to give a place another shot and basically get same response. I drive by this one 3 times a week and would be a regular customer but its lacking.

We just left this Dunkin.’ We walked in as they were getting ready to close in 20 minutes. I honestly didn’t realize it was near their closing time. The two ladies could not have been kinder. They were friendly and hospitable. Thank you Dunkin’ for hiring these two wonderful ladies. We will be back.
