I asked for whip cream on my iced coffee and this is what she gave me. FIRST she forgot, then I reminded her, she took it back, sprayed THIS little about on the coffee, and put the different top on and gave it to me. I laughed at it when she handed it to me. This is ridiculous. I’d rather pay for it then get this little amount.

Went in at 7:00 Saturday morning to get 6 doughnuts. Its just my wife and me so 12 are way too many and 6 provides a little snack throughout the weekend. They stated they didn’t have half dozen boxes and said they needed to bag them because the manager told them that a dozen box could not be used for a half dozen. I indicated that stacking them would ruin the toppings but they were not concerned. I did get a half dozen and they bagged them. Sure enough, the toppings were partially removed on all of them. Of course we ate them, but we really didn’t get what we paid for. They should of used a solution to their problem that didn’t damage the product.

I never have anything bad to say about Dunkin but this morning I experienced some horrible service today in the drive thru. Jo Ann was very rude and everything i ordered was completely wrong. The donuts was stale and my iced coffee was made incorrectly to the point I couldn’t enjoy it even if I wanted too. They need to work better on customer satisfaction and accuracy. Would definitely recommend any other Dunkin over this location.

It’s pretty sad when you purchase an iced drink and food then ask for a cup of ice, and are told you will have to pay for additional ice. I would think Dunkin would appreciate my business and not have a problem giving me additional ice. It’s not I went in there didn’t order anything, $10 order, then told can’t have more ice. Sorry Dunkin!! Sad customer service! Not sorry

worst coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life. whoever they have making coffee needs to go. I did not pay $4 for dirt water! The coffee is thin and awful. I order the same thing every single time and it’s made just fine everywhere else.

Worst experience. Staff is miserable! Wait over 20 min for wake up wraps, signature latte and bagel minis. The staff was yelling at one another, instead of making the drinks!!! The manager did not address the situation, instead joined in at yelling at the employee in front of customers. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I get that staffing is an issue these days. To wait because your short staffed is one thing. But to wait because you’re too busy focusing on negativity instead of getting the job done is unacceptable!

Do better Dunkin! Came in and waited for a bit for anyone to acknowledge I was there. Was handed a matcha latte thats not even green. The inside was dirty and unkept. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this Dunkin location.
