The employees doing great job but the grounds are embarrassingly dirty and awful nasty rundown…what is wrong with owners who don’t care for the whole package….makes you wonder how clean the inside is?! If you can get inside after parking in a overgrown weed parking area and by stepping over mold/mildewed rain drain water getting to an unkept outside table patio area you can enjoy their great Duncan coffee. Please update this place.?!!!!!!!!

The BEST ☕️ coffee! Great donuts. Nice little (small) sitting area, and also you can sit outside, weather permitting. The 4 stars are because I went there twice so far, while on vacation, and the sitting area isn’t clean. It really needs to be wiped clean, especially the window sills.

Ordered a 5 dollar meal. Not only did it take 10 mins but nobody knew what order was mine. Also missing a wrap and received someone else’s order. I would recommend going up the road to another Dunkin this 1 sucks

If a person orders a medium drink you should give what the person ordered! This place just messed up my entire coffee by giving me what they wanted me to have. I ordered just the amount of things to go in my coffee for a medium not a large!!!!! Bad business!

I do not go to dunkin’ donuts a lot. But with that said I went there to get my wife an iced coffee I got off work early. While I was there I was treated very nicely but a young lady helped me get my wife’s iced coffee I don’t know much about. I asked her some questions she gave me a lot of answers and I got an iced coffee myself which I will get another one it was really good. The whole staff was fantastic everybody was very nice and the store was absolutely clean. In and out no problem even the drive-through was moving. I was there today around 10:30 a.m. that staff rocks. Now that was a great experience. Don’t get to see that often would like to see more of it.

We went through the drive-through at 6 AM on a Saturday morning with eight people in the car. Not only was the drive-through order taker super friendly and patient but the food came out so fast as did the drinks. Their attitudes were wonderful. It made it such a pleasurable experience! Good job!

Inconsistent service and staff gives their friends free drinks IN FRONT of paying customers
Waited by the mobile order pickup station for about 10 minutes until a pair of girls came in and went to the end of the counter in front of all the paying customers and asked their friend Marlin to make then free drinks with a giggle.
Marlin was more that happy to stop filling paying customers orders and make free drinks for that two girls while I and the other paying customers waited.
At this point I STILL did not have my mobile order so I went to the counter and asked where my order was and it was just sitting behind the counter with the ice now melter.
Obviously Marlin, and every other employee in the store had better things to do than to set my mobile order at the designated station this afternoon.
Very disappointed to leave with a now watered down iced coffee while the two girls who got VIP service and free coffee drinks giggle their way out of the store in front of me.
Will not be back to this location, or any Dunkin for a while.

Clean and friendly. When i pulled up, i saw one of the employees picking up trash from the parking lot (looked like she was just coming back from a break) and inside the staff was welcoming and took care of us while smiling and energetic (Traits you would expect, but are still nice too see).
