I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts today (Store #353289, 7901 SR 50, Groveland, FL) around 12:55 PM, and the experience was terrible. I ordered a dozen donuts (6 glazed, 3 strawberry frosted with sprinkles, and 3 vanilla frosted with sprinkles) through the drive-thru. When I checked the box, most of the donuts looked squished or poked, and none of the frosted ones had sprinkles, which should have been mentioned when ordering.
I spoke with the manager, Jalen, who said, “that’s how the batch came out,” which was clearly not true. When I asked for a replacement, he said there weren’t any, so I requested a refund — which he gave me — but he didn’t show any empathy or concern for how the food looked.
After leaving, I called back to speak with someone higher up. A worker named Briana answered. When I explained the situation, she argued with me and then hung up. I called back, and after I could hear the manager telling her to apologize, she finally got on the phone after several minutes and said, “my bad, ma’am.” That’s not an apology — that’s attitude.
The service at this Dunkin’ is completely unprofessional, and based on other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-time issue. Dunkin’ should really look into how this location is being managed. I won’t be returning here again.
I saw the black girl that’s always on the drive thru microphone adjust her dirty hat, turn her microphone on & off, eat donuts while waiting for orders & then grab donuts with those same gloves still on to give to customers instead of using the parchment paper to grab it. Was able to see all that because they are so frickin slow. They need a new fluidity system.
The coffee was not what we asked for, cups were ope and we were be up dropping it in the passenger seat, worst experience ever. The drive through server does not know what he is doing. I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but this location definitely needs better customer service training. And No one picks up the phone.
