The store e is beautiful-spotless. Th e staff was busy-one car in drive thru, no one at counter, waiting ….waiting…extremely hard to communicate w employees. Not due to language barrier! We finally got order- cold fry’s- tacos were good. Usually staff is super friendly, quick to .help.
The good:
My son loved his Teriyaki burger. He could only finish 1/2 because it’s so big. My hubby said his Chicken Teriyaki sandwich was good but he didn’t really taste the pineapple and the chicken didn’t have much flavor. He said the Teriyaki sauce is what carried the chicken sandwich. The fried zucchini was pretty good and I would definitely order again. And my son’s waffle fries were good.
The bad:
I love their Diablo burger, but the bun was so dried out that even the extra Diablo sauce I ordered on my burger didn’t help. But the rest of the burger was great. What was horribly disappointing was the loaded Diablo fries. I love their Diablo sauce so I was super excited to try these. Well, they had plenty of sauce, cheese, and a lot of jalapeños on them, the fries were cold and definitely old, which made them absolutely inedible. They were by far the worst fries I’ve ever had. And it’s sad because they have the potential to be amazing. So I just paid over $15 for a burger and drink because I couldn’t even eat the side I got with my meal.
Worker was with the diligence! Asked if we needed any sauces & whatnot. Thanks
Old experience…. Ordered online, came to pickup at the time it would be ready. Found out it would be made to order… okay.
10 minutes later I get my food after three cars in the driveway, I get home and they forgot to add ketchup packets even though it was posted twice in the notes/receipt. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve reminded them… but I just spent 12+ hrs moving into west Salem & am transferring the fridge tomorrow. So no condiments at home. I have dry fries now, and I’m pissed.
They by far have the cleanest restaurant and the attitudes of the employees are always pleasant. But this trip through they have out done themselves with the BEST Christmas atmosphere and display.
Hats off to the management of this establishment and Thank you for caring about your customers!
