Went through the drive thru for a butter pecan iced espresso just a few moments ago and you just gained a customer. One of the best drinks I’ve ever had, I usually go to other coffee places because Dunkin’s quality has gone down over the years but I absolutely enjoyed today! Great Job

Just wanna say the two employees tonight deserve a raise.. they could’ve turned us away because we were at the door right at close but were cool enough to let us in and make coffee AND cook something knowing they’ll have to clean up..kudos to HR and upper management for hiring..p.s. the whole place was spotless. Asking for tips right in the drive thru is really trying to push the tipping culture overboard. This was not like a option, the guy that was working the drive through handed the machine out of the window and said “We just have to ask a question” and the only info on the screen was tip information. I am aware it is not the worker who is in charge and he was just following orders, but this is a real bad time to shove tipping culture down our throats and even worse, doing it in a drive through. I was happy we got one of the stores near my house, but sadly i wont be back because of that. The drink was good.

The macchiatos always feel like they are poisoning me, all the women at window have horrible attitude and mean faces when I try to smile and be nice I’m greeted with sarcasm and rolling eyes. The food is always gross, the donuts are some how the weirdest ones I’ve ever received from a Dunkin, they also don’t know what a Bavarian cream donut is..

The employee Anthony is straight out terrible, the other employee notified him i wanted ketchup in the bag & since he cannot let go of the past there was no ketchup in the bag. He refuses to serve us, will let my food/drinks sit on the counter getting cold until someone else hands them off to me. He will continuously mess up my order. Idk how they still keep him employed.

I’m not sure if they just had a bad day today or not but I don’t think we will be going back to this one we order a coffee with cream and sugar and it had neither of them in it we also ordered a sweet tea and it tasted more like coffee then it did tea

This is the best dunkin location i have ever been to! The customer service is beyond amazing, they are very helpful and quick with getting my order to me. The employees were all full of energy and so welcoming as well. I came through the drive thru with my new puppy and all the employees greeted her, it was so sweet! I will definitely be a new regular here!

Rudest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Come up to the window (had a tip in hand since it was my dogs first trip though a drive thru) wasn’t welcomed. The window opens, blonde girl shoves my food out the window and slams it before I can even get a word out. Bagel minis frozen in the middle, munchins smashed. If you don’t like your job then quit. For a new location hall sure aren’t making people want to return.
