I stopped going to the Dunkin’ closer to my house because of how rude one of the employees were, so I started driving a little further to this location instead — and honestly, it’s worth it every time. The customer service here is always friendly and fast, my coffee comes out perfect every single visit, and their Snackin’ Bacon is ALWAYS on point. Literally perfect. I appreciate the consistency and the way they actually care about getting orders right. Highly recommend this Dunkin!

This Dunkin is literally the worst. They never get my order right like ever and it’s such a simple order it blows my mind how. Today I checked the order while still in the drive through for the rude girl at the window to tell me with attitude “it’s right” for me to trust her and get home and realize it’s not right at all. Not getting orders right is already annoying enough but the rudeness accompanied with it is uncalled for. I am not sure if it’s a language thing as everyone who works there first language seems to be Spanish but it’s annoying and this is definitely the worst dunkin one could possibly visit. I even changed the way I ordered to maybe help them get it right but that seems impossible for them.

It makes me very sad to write this review as this location used to be my favorite. I stop every Friday on my way to work since it’s the only one on the way and knew the staff as a regular. Some staff changes happened and since then this location has gone completely downhill. coffee orders always wrong or taste is off as if the coffee is old or no flavors added when asked for. When you ask them to correct it, they act as if you are talking crazy.
I pull up to the drive-through, order a drink on their app menu and I am told that it’s not available and they do not know what I’m talking about more than once. Maybe they should study their own menu! I am usually not one to write a review However, the Most recent experiences with this location have deterred me from going and finding another.

Ordered meal online. When I picked it up and brought it to work, the drink was not the correct drink. The meal was old and over cooked. Almost chipped a tooth on a wrap. Then after drinking my wrong drink, I found a cap to something at the bottom of the cup. Gross. Very unhappy with this location. Do better training and management dunkin.

Ordered a grilled cheese with bacon, ate half of 2 slices of bread before finding any cheese or bacon. And this is what I got charged for. My kids ordered a donut each and thankfully we realized before we left that they had given us a strawberry with sprinkles instead of a glazed donut. ♀️

Drive thru attendant is rude, barely spoke English I’m surprised she got my order right, at least she got the hot coffee part right. Hands it to me with an attitude. No one likes to be handed a coffee with an attitude first thing in the morning.

Who gives such burnt food to a paying customer? This is on top of the impolite customer service by the girl who took our order at the drive through window. Why do people take up jobs that they can’t fulfill and who does Dunkin donuts hire staff to treat customer badly?

One of the Better Dunkin’ Locations — Just a Few Minor Issues
I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ for a couple of years now, and overall, I’d say it’s one of the better-run stores in the franchise. The place is clean, it looks recently remodeled, and considering the volume they handle, they move pretty quickly. The staff usually gets orders right and keeps the line moving.
There are just a couple of small drawbacks. The drive-thru layout is a bit tight and awkward to navigate — especially if you’re driving an extended SUV or truck. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of.
At one point, they did seem to be out of stock on certain items more often than not, though that might have been a broader supply chain issue rather than something specific to this location. Lately, I haven’t had that problem.
The only other consistent gripe I have is with the iced coffee — it feels like it’s either filled to the top with ice or, if you ask for less ice, they only fill it about three-quarters of the way up. I’d love to see a better balance there.
Still, this is a solid, reliable Dunkin’. It’s clean, quick, and usually has what I want. For a fast-food coffee stop, it delivers what I expect — and often better than most.

So the next day , I gave her money where she had to give me change back so this time I snatched it out of her hand she looked at me like I was crazy. I said to her you did it to me yesterday if you don’t like it done to you don’t do it to other people. The only person in there that is a five star employee is the woman her name is America I believe . She always has my coffee ready for me even before I get to the register they need more people like her over there. And I agree that manager lady is useless , do you think that seeing someone every day they would acknowledge you when you come in? She looks at you doesn’t even say nothing and looks back down. Very rude. They act like they’re doing you a favor by going in there everyone is running around and there is never nobody at the register. You always have to wait a few minutes before somebody comes over not even to say someone will be with you in a minute. They just make you stand like a dummy. May have to go out on my way now for coffee to at least feel like you’re appreciated for spending money in the business
