I usually never do these type of reviews at all but I felt the need to share to others. For starters, my friend and I walked in and stood in front of the cash register waiting to be seen the two employees were making drinks, i understand. But what I don’t understand is that if a customer comes in shouldn’t they be greeted at minimum? not a single word from the employees, waited a few minutes to finally be spoken to and ordered our drinks, mind you inside the place was empty but It felt like as if I WAS bothering the employees as I placed my order. Personally, my drink was good no complaints about that. In the other hand, my friend told the employee they wanted the same exact drink I ordered, she proceeded to pay and the employee didn’t even ask if she wanted a receipt or anything the employee actually walked away not saying anything as my friend payed. We got our drinks and noticed my drink tasted different than my friends only to realized they gave my friend an expresso coffee which obviously tasted more like coffee than what we actually ordered, so how come if we ordered the same exact drink at the exact same time it comes out tasting different? Overall, this dunkin donut location needs to better they’re customer service and perhaps a suggestion teach their employees to greet maybe even acknowledge paying customers when they walk in just basic courtesy.

It’s a cute little Dunkin on a busy corner. I don’t think people realize it is open until 9pm. There definitely is not a ton of customers after 6pm but the donuts look amazing. They also have some cute gifts which would be a perfect Xmas gift. If you haven’t been to a Dunkin lately I encourage you to visit this location.

I come here almost every day and everytime I stand at the register and im completely ignored for at least 5 to 10 minutes and i never complain but today I felt was even worse because the drive through was barely anyone and there was 6 people around. Id say 3 were working and 2 were just talking while the other was in the side in the kitchen and no one said anything to me. No hi, no welcome, no we will be with you shortly. Even the manager had a sour look on her face. I don’t understand why we can’t acknowledge a customer at all. They seem to care more about the drive thru then people standing there. When I was finally addressed they said, so do you know what you want? Again no hello or welcome. Very poor service here.

This has to be the slowest staff ever. It is on the way to many people’s jobs and so there should be more efficiency, especially in the morning. It happens consistently that there is not enough staff or that they are slow and therefore make many people late for work. This is fast food. It should be fast.

They never accommodate anything. We were under the impression that the six dollar meal was still happening and the employee was extremely rude about it and said “well there’s no way to up charge and if they’ve been doing that for you then they were wrong sorry” meanwhile the last several months, we’ve been able to upgrade the sandwich to sausage instead of bacon and it was just an up charge. Even if she’s correct about the six dollar meal not being a thing anymore, she could’ve been kinder about it. We live here we visit every single day. The attitude is not necessary over a simple question especially when it had been done for us for MONTHS. This is the same employee who wouldn’t help me when I accidentally mobile ordered my coffee at the wrong location. So I had to pay for two coffees that day because she wouldn’t even get a manager to double check if there was any way to help me. Just really disheartening when we’re nothing but kind and visit almost everyday. This happened Saturday January 24th at around 9am.

You will wait 20 minutes for 1 coffee ( black coffee mind you ) here . Customers were backing out of the drive thru at 1:20 in the afternoon. No urgency and young workers not focusing. America doesn’t want this anymore. Get with it folks .

They took over 30 minutes to complete my mobile order placed 10/15 minutes before I arrived. All one women did was talk on the phone and the other was lost at her job. One girl didn’t even use gloves while making the food . Mind you there was NO LINE. WORST service and Dunkin I have EVER been too. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered a triple mocha frozen coffee, and they gave me a nice one. When I went inside, they gave me a nasty one. The one who prepared the coffee had a bad attitude. When you don’t have patience and friendliness, you can not deal with people and keep your bad attitude at home. I will never go back there for mine. Early coffee is no more

My order came to $9.50 I tried to pay with a $20 and a 50 cent coin, the cashier in the drive thru told me she couldn’t take the coin because they dont have the change for it. 10/30/25 about 6:30am

Food was good, nice and hot, location was clean and service was amazing. My daughter and I dined in to eat our breakfast… oh and the loaded hash browns so delicious.
