On the evening of 2/10/26, the manager on duty was amazing. I arrived about 10 mins before close and one of the employees head set died and when I pulled to the window to let him know and place my order, he was SO KIND. I was having an extremely difficult day and not only did he provide me amazing customer service, but he put a little sunshine in a dark day. I didn’t think to ask his name, but hopefully providing the date can help identify who he was! Thank you again!

Service, and food is always good but to many times I’ve ordered my food for delivery and I won’t have any cheese sauce or I am short a fry. Use the same attention to detail with delivery as you do pick up and you’ll fix the problem

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We placed an order nearly two hours in advance, specifically to accommodate guests coming over. Not only was the delivery sent to the wrong apartment complex, but the situation was handled with shocking incompetence and disrespect by the General Manager, Calib Turner.
After the driver admitted the mistake, we reasonably requested a full refund and declined a re-delivery, as waiting another hour while guests sat in our home with no food was not acceptable. Instead of showing any empathy or accountability, Calib Turner responded with an unprofessional, hostile attitude, presenting an absurd ultimatum: either accept the food with no refund or get a refund with no food. That is not customer service it’s coercion.
At no point was an apology offered, nor was there any attempt to make things right for the inconvenience caused entirely by Chick-fil-A’s failure. The lack of professionalism displayed by the General Manager was alarming. Chick-fil-A prides itself on hospitality and integrity, yet employing leadership that treats customers with such disregard is embarrassing and completely contradictory to that brand image. This location, and particularly its management, should be ashamed. I will not be returning and strongly caution others to expect better because here, you won’t get it.

Plastic straws should not implode on themselves. Pony up and buy straws that can handle conveying liquids. Got a milkshake and it melted before I could drink it cause these plastic straws are thin and have seams

I just moved here for work & I have never had a nasty chickfila cookie until today. The cookie I just had 1st bite I had to spit it out it tasted like the cookie batter was mixed with alcohol or something, I should of known not to eat it because it was hard. Chick fila cookies never hard. I’m gonna pass on this location, sawmill is where I’ll be going from now on.

Visited early morning before work. I was annoyed because Ellie didn’t practice active listening. She made me repeat my order and every request for condiments multiple times. She walked back and forth due to forgetting items requested when placing my order at the speaker and again when I received my order. She was extremely disconnected. Maybe just a bad day for her but people of service can easily affect their customer’s day as well. Listening is vital.

The staff were terrific. They didnnot rush us, asked questions to help us decide and completed the irder accurately. The food was prepared well. They took tome to make sure each main was assembled well. The dining area was clean, tables were cleaned. No signs of wear.

I am sick of How Busy it is, if it’s lunch 11-2:30 it isn’t worth going due to it bieng nonstop busy. The lines are ridiculous the workers are very helpful and kind but they have to work in terrible environments. They are underpaid for how hard they work, and they cant be tipped either even though it’s partially a sit down fast food restaurant which is also confusing. They have very strict standards and rules.

Long wait for mobile orders. I always order on the app because I would assume that would get me my food quicker, but drive thru is going fast rather than mobile orders. There will be 4-5 cars in the regular drive thru and they are getting delivered faster than mobile orders with around 7-8 cars waiting in line for more than 25 mins.
