This location is so much better that the other one in Sebring by Home Depot. The staff is much friendlier, and my orders are 99% correct. Although I did have one incident when there was a guy (possibly a team lead or manager) came to window and asked me what I was waiting for. I thought he was joking, because I had told the girl at the speaker that I had a mobile order pick up. I pulled up to the window and sat there for maybe a minute, when this guy asks me what I was waiting for. I said “an order pick up for Lisa”. He asks me what I had, and I pulled it up on my phone. He was annoyed and said “A mobile order, you should’ve said that.” Uh, ok? I’m sorry about the wording of what I said? As long as he isn’t working, everything seems to be running smooth. I have seen him a couple times there, and when he is there the nice girl employees seem to be stressed. Other than him, no complaints. 🙂

Went inside this morning to get some food and coffee and this spanish lady behind the counter taking my order was so busy playing with her co workers that I felt rushed to hurry up with my order I forgot to get my food. She acted like it was such a rush to get me in and out and the workers there were so loud and obnoxious. Needless to say I won’t be going back to that DK… The coffee never taste right there anyways!!!!!

I went through drive thru this morning and the woman taking orders was very rude. I had to repeat my order 6 times (it was only 2 coffees). Literally yelled at me when I tried to correct the coffee that was rang incorrectly, she confirmed that they had it rang correctly. Then when I got my order, it was incorrect (it was made how she rang it) and the woman at the window scolded me again, telling me it was my fault that they rang it wrong. I WAS a regular at this location and went almost daily but will not return and suggest yall learn customer service.

So I ended up going to Circle K and got my coffee and discovered they have better, less expensive coffee anyway, so thanks for your crummy service because yall did me a favor. Happy Holidays.

Typical DD. Clean, good coffee as usual and donuts. Good staff…friendly and attentive. However, may need some additional training as one of the employees didn’t know about some of the specials.

Also, we sat to enjoy our coffee and donuts in the store. Employees need to be cognizant of who is in the store when talking amongst themselves, especially when using profanity. I don’t get offended, but many people would when they hear non-stop four letter words and complaining about schedules, work days and I assume their boss. Very unfortunate.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Fire them all! Starting from the nasty manager, who literally just stands there and complains about doing her job. Oh and God forbid you ask where your food is, you will get smack talked, eye rolls and a terrible attitude. Corporate needs to know this location needs more than some updated paint.

The worst costumer service ever.I went to put gas with my credit card and the employee didn’t know how activated my Chevron rewards.She told me I was being rude because a claimed my card wasn’t jnvalidated.Then she refused to serve me and the manager confirmed that I wouldn’t be served at that location. 30 minutes later I went to another Chevron gas station in Avon Park , everything worked with my credit card,the same card .

The worst customer service. Food is cold half the time because it takes 10-15 just to get through the drive-thru line. This place needs a new crew and manager. Calling corporate as well. This is unacceptable.
