The drinks tasted fine, we’ve had issues lately with the coffee tasting a bit burnt- but since it has been consistent so maybe they just changed something and that’s the new normal. ♀️ But every time we come to this one we have issues, and this is the only one I’ve been to that doesn’t fill drinks up all the way. The coffee is 3/4 of the way full if that if you take out the cold foam. The refresher is low as well, by a good bit. It’s marked on the photo by the green lines. This is not the first time it has happened. With as much money as I give to our local Dunkins, I really just expect my full drink. Service was fine and location was clean. Line was quick moving. Just man… I hate feeling like I’m complaining about stupid stuff, but I just want to understand why I’m paying $8 for a drink and not getting my full drink.

I would give this place a -0 this is a horrible Dunkin’ Donuts the customer service is atrocious they need retraining on how to deal with customer or if they don’t like working with public they should reconsider there job position especially Dawna.
I came here on 12/25 around 1:40 with my family and we were waiting patiently for someone to attend us while Dawna an employee was finishing mopping the floor she tried to walk past us like we weren’t there and she ended up having to take our order with a horrible attitude tried to threaten us to not give us our food after we paid and she threw our donut on the counter. Just bad manners and overall horrible customer service. Please consider fixing this issue since it’s causing bad image of this restaurant. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Poor person that was working was working all alone she had to take the phone order in front order and make the orders.. And that made our visit there not so so fun coffee shop..
I don’t blame the person that was working there alone I blame the company for not having somebody to work with her.. for now I don’t think I’ll go to this location again.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to! The shop was decorated really nicely for Halloween and the donuts looked more delicious than the Dunkin Donuts it’s I’ve been to and tasted better also! I love their hot chocolate, bacon in a bag, breakfast wraps and the pumpkin spice munchkins. The staff were so friendly and really helpful!

Gonna say the typical line of ” if I could give it 0 stars…. ” nothing but bad experiences with this location. I go to a bunch of different DD’S, but this is by far, THE WORST. Every once in a while, when i don’t feel like driving far, i think ” maybe they’ve gotten better ” WRONG. They get orders wrong, ingredients wrong, missing things / ingredients etc. I can’t wait for the new Starbucks, across the street, to open and put this location out.

Very disappointing. I ordered a dozen of donuts online and they just send what ever. Not what a picked. The iced matcha have too much ice ,I asked less ice. Also cup was not full. Really? Too much money for this . Also not so fresh donuts.
