I don’t usually indulge, but this day was a Duncan day all the way. I am so very fond of this location. The manager is not only beautiful, but above and beyond helpful with a stellar attitude. The place is clean and the donuts delicious.. I tried the watermelon lemonade and was most pleased.. I look forward to hitting up the Duncan sugar shack again real soon

This DD is literally the best Dunkin and that’s why I only come here. Alaya and Lisa were amazing from the start. They took my order, answered a few questions, I was able to ask about the new cereal milk and they even offered to give me a sample. If that’s not going above and beyond I don’t know what is. I definitely wasn’t expecting it and they totally made my day Thank you ladies

Just absolutely insane the service provided by the lady at the drive thru speaker, not once but twice. I make my order, sick as hell with a sore throat, and you even clarified the type of donut I asked for, then proceed to give me the wrong one… all the while with a horrendous attitude. My kid finally wakes up, and we realize you gave me the wrong donut. So I come back, get you again, and due to my sore throat you don’t here me the first time, so when I try to speak up, clearly sick… you give me an even worse attitude than before, and then have the audacity to ask for a tip?!? Whoever you are working the drive thru speaker from 7:45 am to 9:30 am on December 20th, 2025.. you should be fired. It’s not my fault I’m sick, it’s also not my fault you can’t do any better than a minimum wage job and hate your life so much you gotta take it out on the customers. Won’t be surprised if someone reaches through that drive thru window today.

After years of patronage here I’m done. The staff could care less about doing their job. No fork for the loaded hash browns and they literally put the bagel minis next to the bag, rather than in it.
This place is awesome. I come here a few times a week to get a latte and even though it’s generally different people working everyone knows exactly how to do their job and they have a friendly attitude. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here.

Horrible customer service. People at the window do NOT like their job. There’s not even a “hi” you get absolutely nothing. You hand your hard earned money to them and don’t even get a ” have a nice day.” I think the franchise owner needs to know how their restaurant is being ran. Coffee is mediocre and I got the everything begal minis that were very hard like they’ve been sitting there all morning. My local dunkin, however I will NOT be returning. Napkins should be given with food orders!

They just hire anybody I see. A young girl standing in the behind the counter eating chips texting on her phone cause she’s mad the DRIVE THRU actually has customers.…purposely taking drive thru orders 4/5minutes late at a time because she annoyed they’re busy! Got MAD because they gave us COLD FOOD and mad because i politely asked them can they remake it. Worst customer service and they don’t care because it’s the norm at this location

The girl at the drive thru window has an attitude problem. Someone needs to remind her that customers are why you’re in business. If customers bother her, she needs to work in a cubicle. Her customer service and attitude suck. This was at 12:47 on 11/21/25.

I love going to this Dunkin specifically @ this location, ASHLEY is one of a kind always a sweetheart treats my husband my little one and I gracefully. She’s attentive and always gives us amazing service and is very welcoming each and every time , thanks Ashley ! From Leann James and laci!!!!
