I come here almost every day and the service is terrible every time. Drinks are almost never made correctly and handed with an attitude. I don’t know her name but she is pregnant and her attitude is the absolute worse. I am nice every time and get a simple order and it’s never right. Something needs to change around that place because Dunkin’ coffee is my favorite and it would be a shame to stop going. Also I heard everything that was being said behind the counter and talking about the customers like that is not professional at all.

Coming here for four years. Gone downhill recently my donuts are upside down frosting all over the bag one time. My app coupons magically never work or are accepted there. Tried to hand exact change to only get bills back and she tried to keep the change back and I had to explain to her how money works. This place used to be my favorite and a daily staple but I’m completely done with this location

Great festive ambiance including holiday decorated donuts. I ordered a green tea on the lobby. Because I was the only person in the lobby and no one was in the drive thru, I grabbed my tea. When I tried it in my car, it was black tea loaded with cream. I came back in and the person replaced my tea , but could use lesson in providing customer service with a positive approach

I love Dunkin Donuts and this was my first time at this location. I was greeted with a welcoming warm genuine smile by the young lady. The sandwich, coffee and pastry were all delicious!
The cook came from the back to hand deliver the sandwich with a smile because the staff was busy with the sudden surge in drive through customers. The entire staff was kind and courteous with all the other customers as well, and everything including the ladies room were clean

I can’t say enough good things about the crew at Dunkin Donuts – East Bay Drive (Largo, Fl.)!!!
I go in there pretty often, so often in fact, I don’t even have to ask for what I want. The crew is always polite, professional and quick!
They get swamped every day and are always pleasant. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are an amazing group and I hope the owners of that particular franchise reward them well!

It’s dunkin coffee… consistent good. The guy working at this place is an asset, always friendly and making sure your order is made without delay. Most of the other staff are nice too, but there’s one woman who acts like she doesn’t like her job.

I arrived at dunkin 11/21/25 it’s down the street from my job. There was a older bearded caucasian male who that took my order. When I decided to make my drink frozen instead of ice. He snapped on me through the drive through. So I went inside to speak to a manager and see what was going on. The disrunnel man that took my order met me at the register with a sour disposition.
Obviously the man was upset and he began to try to trigger me and create a confrontation. By trying to say I put my finger in his face. When I put my finger up by my face. Let the man know that I was not going to go back-and-forth with him. He was trying to create the angry black man scenario. But I was merely trying to communicate that I needed a minute to speak.
Thank God for the manager being there and dissolving the situation before it got out of hand. On the end of the employee poor service. I left very upset and agitated. If I was operating in my feeings and emotions at that moment it could have went very different for lack of words!

The staff at this location is the best of the best in Florida. Always smiling, they have a sense of humor and they treat you with respect. They get slammed and then bitched at by others bc they (the customer) are having a bad day ? All with smiles and positive attitudes. Shout out to Ari, Skylar, Sam, Jacob, Ariel, Alex and the crew for being amazing!!

I don’t leave many reviews. Mostly because I don’t trust the internet, people, or mirrors. But I have to say something—because Dunkin’ is the only reason my dog hasn’t devoured the neighborhood.
His name is Grimlin.
Yes, like the movie.
Yes, he’s adorable.
No, he’s not safe.
When denied pork or attention, Grimlin transforms into something… unholy. Small, fluffy, and vibrating with violence. He doesn’t bark—he hisses. He doesn’t wag—he twitches. He’s not a pet. He’s a warning.
Enter: The Pub Cup.
This location knows how to serve it—crispy bacon, in a sacred little bowl, handed over like they’re feeding a demon in disguise. One time they forgot it, and Grimlin locked eyes with a barista so hard her Frappé curdled. We don’t talk about what happened next. Let’s just say the bathroom was “out of order” for 3 days.
Since then, they’ve learned. They bow slightly when they hand it over. They whisper his name.
I sip my dark roast in the parking lot while Grimlin eats in silence, grease dripping off his little fangs like some kind of cursed warlock prince. For five minutes, he’s content. For five minutes, I know peace.
If you value your safety—and mine—go to this Dunkin’. Tip them well. They’re not baristas.
They’re handlers.
