i don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re negative, but this is the BEST dunkin i’ve had in my entire life. the strawberry refresher was made PERFECTLY and my donuts were smothered in sprinkles. the person who took my order was the boy with blonde curly hair who was also very friendly and attentive!

If I could rate 0 stars I would drive thru pens the priority / my friend and I went there for as a huge drive thru line I decided to go in / no one in line the lady count even process that I wanted a coffee and sandwich and why was I upset that she was taking literally forever / finally, after 12 minutes, I paid for my food and I see my friend drive through the drive-through line with his food in hand /Then, after me in line, this lady put an order in for coffee and just after she got done, ordering her coffee you guys gave it to her as opposed to Making coffees in the correct order they’re ordered I’ve Been a customer here for over a year now, and the service is only gone downhill !!!fast food not here at Dunkin it’s we are upset that your upset we are taking forever doing our jobs ! How dare the customer be upset after waiting 15 plus minutes after there is as no one in line ! And the drive through of 7+ cars just got done out of the 70 time I’ve been there in the past year it maybe maybe has gone smooth maybe 5 times / I’ll tell you what too American runs on Dunkin but not at that place !

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I made a Google account just to leave one and warn others. DO NOT COME HERE. Went through the drive thru and it was slow even though not busy. The staff was not friendly and seemed so bored. When I paid they gave me my change and the coins were sticky, I don’t know with that. The coffee they gave me was leaking out of the lid because it was overfilled and I saw this, YES THAT IS a fly, when i removed the lid in the parking lot. I went back to the store to get a new coffee and the employees denied me and said their “manager would say no”. Manager needs to get it together and serve the CUSTOMER first instead of saying no to something as disgusting as this. Will never be going back and i’m telling everyone not to come either. Called the store to talk to the manager and he/she was not available so give me a call and i will be contacting your superior.

I wanted to say as a customer to all the other customers I would recommend using this Dunkin’ Donuts from now on Cristina was amazing. She is one of the managers at this location. Their team was amazing. Great teamwork food was amazing. Coffee was amazing and I recommend this great location for all the other customers. Good job Dunkin’ Donuts keep up the great work and I am going to use you guys from this point on.

The drinks were great…. But the staff didn’t know what was on their menu and claimed they didn’t have what we asked for until another member came to help them. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 hash brown. We were pulled for over 10 mins after paying. Someone came to the window after 5 mins and asked what else we we were waiting on. 5 more minutes goes by and the same girl comes back and asks what we’re waiting for still. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re in a hurry.

First time going I received a completely burnt bagel with barely any cream cheese. Second time going there was no caramel in the latte at all and this past visit I received a spoiled chocolate milk that was past its expiration date. I didn’t realize till I took a drink and it was awful. It’s a constant inconsistency in its service. For A new location I wouldn’t expect this type of product quality issues.
