Nine out of 10 times I go here. I have to wait for my food for about 5 to 10 minutes this last time I saw two cars behind me and get their order before me and I was late for my meeting so I had to walk in and grab the order in the gas station. It’s like they tell you to move up but then they forget you outside absolutely unprofessional when I went inside and told the lady work in the counter, I’m late. Can I get my order and she gave me attitude as well completely unprofessional. There’s many other locations that are way more caring food taste better and they do not make you wait I suggest you go to those locations not this one.

Dunkin’ is always a great stop for coffee and a quick bite. The coffee is consistently fresh, the donuts are soft and delicious, and there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and works fast, even during busy times. It’s the perfect place to start the day or grab something on the go. Always reliable and always good!

I need to bring to your attention a recurring problem with one of your employees. The younger blonde girl working tonight at 8:30pm once again spent her time behind the counter talking while cursing and laughing with her friends who were gathered there, while customers—including myself and two others—were waiting to place orders.
By the time she finally noticed us, she had already discarded a cold coffee, and this is not the first time I’ve witnessed this. Which when one of the customers asked about the cold coffee she just looked at her with no apologies. I had placed my order online and stood waiting while she ignored the order slip until her friend had to whisper to her about it. Only after her friends left did she begin working properly.
This behavior has become a regular occurrence. It is unprofessional, it delays service, and it reflects poorly on your business. I have worked in this profession before and understand the challenges, but customer service should never come second to socializing.
I hope this matter is to be addressed and corrected.

Bought my last sandwich at this location! It’s always hit or miss here. Today my sandwich had what looked like raw bacon (not crispy at all) and most of the cheese was stuck to the wrapper instead of the sandwich. I’m officially done spending money here!

Horrible service! Had to order from the kiosk, which got the order wrong. They put apple fritters under bagels, and after waiting 15 minutes, we realized our food was never even ordered. When we asked about it, the staff was rude and unhelpful, despite there being plenty of employees standing around. Ended up waiting 15 minutes just for two donuts. Absolutely unacceptable!

If they could just once get the order right. Over and over and over “not as ordered”. So discouraged. I know it impossible to hire good help. Maybe you could hire two people just to check every order??? It seems necessary after my repeat experiences. The one thing I really look forward to and when I open the bag – burnt breakfast sandwich. Wrong beverage. I order a hot black coffee. How do you get that wrong?

Unfortunately, the lady at the drive-through was very rude when it came time to order the food. She asked us what we would like to order and we started off with half a dozen of donuts, As she asked us what flavor she truly cut us off and asked if we were gonna order food first and what was our food order. I had no idea at At Dunkin, you had to order an entrée before a dessert??? Anyways, as we continued the order, we asked if she would like our iced coffee order as well, For a third time, repeating my husband used his man voice And she said she wasn’t gonna take our order because our attitudes. You guys should really hire people Who actually take their job serious. Or if your employee is having a bad day, send them home.

Staff is great. I wish they would not change the food all the time. I’m on a certain diet for health reasons and every time I find something I can eat, it gets changed. The pancake sandwich was all my children will eat, it’s gone, the hot honey bacon sandwich was great, it’s gone. Or at least an option for regular white bread or brioche buns all the time
