I have been going to this Dunkin for the last three years due to working in the same plaza this location is in, I have ordered time and time again when I don’t have my coffee from home and I am quite frankly very fed up at this point. The workers are always very nice and they seem to make food just fine but their coffee is always straight sewer water and unfortunately that’s all I ever order. I would choose literally any Dunkin except this one if there was a single one on my way to work other than this one. I order the same thing every single time, mind you I worked for Dunkin in high school. There is a standard portion of everything already made out for the employees so they know what goes in a basic coffee. Example: if i order a large iced coffee with cream and vanilla the standard is 4 pumps vanilla and 4 cream (this is literally labeled on the sticker on the cup). I order this every single time and it tastes more like 2 pumps of cream and no vanilla at all majority of the time. I promise you as an ex-employee of a Dunkin, this is the simplest part of the job (listen and do what the sticker on the cup says) yet this Dunkin in the three years I have ordered coffees has yet to fix this problem. I basically pay for sewer water 95% of the time and actually get what I ordered about once in a blue moon. This morning, I even ordered with 6 pumps of vanilla and cream so I would finally get the amount that’s supposed to be in there, yet I take a sip to absolutely no vanilla in the cup at all, straight coffee and cream. This is not what I ordered and it has never been! Pretty ridiculous, please teach your employees how to make a proper coffee I’m tired of paying for drinks that taste like dirt. As I said, if I had a single other Dunkin to go to I would but the principle is that I shouldn’t have to!

Was here a couple of minutes ago, I ordered 2 drinks and it felt like years for someone to come to the window and when someone finally did he proceeded to ask “what did you order again?” I told him I had a mobile order and he went back to make it but came back with my melted “frozen” latte. I had ordered a hot coffee for my mother as well and the man didn’t seem to bat an eye to the floating coffee grounds in the coffee.

I live really close to this location and get quick meals if I’m too tired to make my own food. I have gotten mostly consistent services, but a few times I have ordered donuts that are completely soaked and soggy on the bottom. I wish I was exaggerating, but this would happen to the apple spice filled donut, and they wouldn’t just be soggy, they would have almost no powder on them. I haven’t ordered them in months because of that, but my stuff is usually good otherwise.

At this location it seams like employees are trained to get rid of a customer within 30 seconds. Cashier got upset because my order had multiple items. She wanted to close the ticket after each requested and got upset because I kept adding items to my order. Then to top it off I get back to work and my hash browns tasted like they got cooked on oil that should had been changed 6 months ago. Made me sick couldn’t eat anything else after that disgusting taste. This location needs better management and better training.

This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received and I am completely appalled at the entire experience. I have never been so rudely talked to by a service member. Her frustration for the time I showed up because “we have 12 minutes until closing” showed the entire interaction. For you to be so utterly rude and disrespectful with no regard towards the customer because I came close to closing time is beyond comprehension. From the moment I pulled up to the ordering line until the very end she was short mannered and had a nasty tone. Told me I ruined her night because I came 12 minutes before closing (which I had no idea they closed soon and if it was that big of an issue I would not have chose to come and be subjected to such treatment) and she continued to have an attitude while huffing and puffing the entire interaction. This puts a bad taste in my mouth for Dunkin Donuts as this type of service given should not be acceptable at all. I’ve never received service of this nature at any other competing company and makes me more inclined to travel a further distance knowing I’ll be serviced with more compassion, care, and respect elsewhere.
Copied and pasted from a complaint I emailed the company. Honestly, the store on Symmes and 301 has way better customer service. This isn’t the first time the workers at this store were rude but this exchange really topped it all. And they always get SOMETHING wrong with our orders. Just do yourself the favor and drive the extra distance to another near by location, there’s probably 4-5 in any direction your going in.

I bought a chicken sandwich and a pumpkin spice coffee. The Croissant that the chicken and bacon came in was old. The coffee I ordered was 3/4 of the way full.

The food was old and cold! This is the worse experience I have had at a Dunkin Donuts.
The hash browns smelled and tasted as if they were just sitting in old oil and the sandwich did too. I didn’t even eat the food.

Came here in the morning, they made a decaf coffee when I asked for regular. They had NO donuts? No Chocolate milk which we already had paid for. She offered to make it, so we said “Yes can you make it please?” then she rolled her eyes? I’m so confused what kind of dunkin is this.
