I will not! Be coming back.
While I waited in a long line in the drive through to place an order there was a sign saying yield to online orders. 5 cars went in front of me after I waited 15 minutes. If Dunkin thinks my time is so invaluable that I must let someone go ahead of me after waiting then I will be going to starbucks. At least there I don’t have to yield to preferred ordering types. Bad business Dunkin. Bad business.

This place sadly has gone down hill. Not all, but most of the workers make it clear they hate their job and don’t want to be there. My drink comes out different every time. I simply asked for extra flavoring in my drink (I offered to pay for it) they simply looked in my face and said no. Like what. And then in the DRIVE THRU I didn’t tip because hello it’s a drive through. And then you scoff at me while watching the screen? I’m sadly disappointed in the Dunkin since it used to be my favourite.

The girl at the window was a sweetheart but this review is for management of this location. 9/10 times when I come here they are rude and make it obvious they hate their job. This was the final time I’ll come to this location. As a reminder, there are Dunkin’s everywhere, if one location has better service, you won’t keep customers at your location with poor service. And the blonde manager with a perpetual look of misery is terrible. Then they ask for a tip!! Hilarious.

This establishment has joined the silliness of requesting a tip in the drive thru. I am literally driving through, picking up my own order and you pass a machine out to me requesting a tip and then getting a snarky look when I do not give one. So basically, at this point, should we tip the cashier at 7-11, WaWa, the grocery store, Wal Mart, etc? There is no establishment where a drive thru cashier should ask for or expect a tip. People who do it do it because they feel guilted into it, fearing their drinks or food will be made incorrect if they don’t.

I go 5x a week for the same coffee but today I asked my dad to get me a coffee since he was already at Dunkin. My coffee was horrible. Clear instruction, “less ice” and coz I love my coffee really strong. 15mins later, my dad brought me my coffee and it’s full of ice…Taste very weak…This is not the first time it happened…They have to their job better..

Place really went downhill. Nightcrew is not trained and cannot solve the simplest of problems. Today got a hot chocolate that I couldn’t even drink because it didn’t have enough mix. Had a coupon for a $2 pumpkin loaf which they had but he didn’t know how to ring in so he couldn’t give it to me. Clearly lack of training and supervision. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is the second time in a matter of a couple months I had similar issues.

I have had it with this location. I’ve never had an issue with any other dunkin I’ve been to, but with this location it seems to happen every time. First of all, look at this bagel they gave me today. The egg is only on half of the bagel, not to mention it’s the wrong type of bagel. I asked for plain. Whenever I ask for a drink with light ice or no ice, they won’t even enter it on the order screen and it always winds up coming back with full ice. Even when I make sure they enter it on the screen, its the same result. They pretty much always make me pull up to the 2nd window to wait for my items, which would be fine if they wouldn’t forget about me at this window for about 20 minutes at least once a week. I’m at this 2nd window for so long that I either have to knock on the window, or leave the drive thru to park and walk inside. Whenever someone eventually notices that I’m at the 2nd window that they told me to pull up to, its always “did you need something?” um yeah… the drink/food I ordered, that I was told I’d receive at this window. 20 min ago. Whenever I’ve thought that I’d skip the drive thru chaos by walking inside the building to order instead, I waited at the register for 15 min without anyone acknowledging me or asking what I’d like to order, so I left. I’ve never had such bad experiences so consistently at any restaurant, and have never felt compelled to write a bad review before. The reason I kept going back was that it was so close to my house, but I’m done now. I understand that it’s a bunch of high schoolers who work there, so I don’t entirely blame them. I blame the management that is so obviously lacking. I highly suggest changing this management, because it’s laughable at this point. I was still probably too generous in this review, if that tells you anything LOL.

Honestly, i loved this place before they hired only teenagers. The service is TERRIBLE, always missing an item, the employees are rude. Everytime i order they always give me my item messy as hell with cream cheese all over the wrapper, or avocado all over it. They are so lazy and cant make food right when i order avocado toast they legit put no avocado on my toast nor bacon when i payed extra.. The staff is SO UNTRAINED its genuinely horrible. Everyone at this location cannot do their job.

I go through here 5 times a week just before work. I’m a bartender so that varies from afternoons to Sunday mornings. There was a time where the coffee would sometime not taste good BUT lately and especially just now the drinks have been ON POINT and down right delicious! It is something I look forward to daily! Thank you to the current staff for stepping up your game and maintaining delicious product even in the Sunday morning frenzy!!!
