Poor management has a lot to do with why this establishment has such poor reviews. I waited over 15 minutes for an iced macchiato and a sandwich. As chaotic as everything seemed, the store manager (I heard an employee call him Manny) just stood there watching the employees struggle and fall behind. Obviously not caring enough to help. I’m a regular here and this is something I noticed he does a lot. Very lazy.

Woah. This dunkin used to have some great employees and now each time I go its like the older lady is so grumpy. She acts like its a real pain to have to explain herself.. I been in customer service 10+ years and have never treated my guests this way. Why be so rude even if your having a bad day etc if it was a rude customer the next customer isn’t at fault! Idk if shes the manager or what but really miss the other Spanish lady who always greeted us and thanked us like it wasn’t such an inconvenience. Sorry lady for whatever you are going through but it wasn’t my fault!! If you happen to go you will know who I am talking about..Rude!

They got both coffee orders wrong. My boyfriend asked for 1/2 Decaf (which is had on the sticker), then watched the worker fill it all the way up with regular coffee. He pointed out he wanted 1/2 Decaf and was tols “it’s old.” No offer to make a fresh pot. They added cream which was wrong and put sugar in my latte which was wrong.

PSA: Stay away from this place unless you want to spend the rest of the day on the toilet. This Dunkin is a revolving door of incompetent employees. Do they even train them? How hard is it to stir a coffee? Nothing like paying $6 for an iced coffee, for all the flavor and sugar to be sitting clumped at the bottom. I haven’t gotten a decent tasting coffee from here in MONTHS. Don’t bother ordering the “food” because it won’t be cooked in the middle-nothing like biting into a SEC croissant and getting icy cold sausage. The hash browns aren’t even good anymore, they taste like the grime you scrape up from under the fryer legs. Oh, and the cups are extremely overpriced. $20 for a plastic up? Just steal it.

Lazy crew members refusing to serve customers . 4am 12-27-25 Three crew members in the store and they tell me they are closed. 24 ~ hour ~ store means nothing. Mobile orders were not turned off. Google shows it open. Ive been to the store at this time before and its been open. You all seriously need to fire this batch of lazy good for nothings and hire someone with the slightest bit of work ethic.

Under-staff but that’s the owner manager problem. My French doughnut was old tasting not fresh but there again that’s the owners fault. The coffee however was great but a little overpriced…..what do they think they are Starbucks?

they forgot to give me my hashbrowns which i payed for and when i tried calling no answer. it was ringing all the way through and after the 3rd call i was being declined. workers are rude and always have attitude’s. just dont waste your money.

Very friendly manager went out of her way to make us feel special ! Super nice ! Brownie batter filled donuts !! Only three left ! I’ll take all three of them! In Wisconsin dunking donuts only has brownie filled donuts in February and that’s if your lucky! Relaxing out door seating! For lunch snack! And a coffee !

This is the absolute worst dunkin. It’s like an adult daycare and the employees literally act like they don’t see you. 10 workers and one register. No wonder the drive thru is always backed up. Definitely agree with other reviews.

Donuts tasted old. Asked for a frozen drink and got an iced drink then told them it was the wrong one and they came back with a hardly blended icy drink with 5 sips of an actual drink terrible waste of money literal ice chunks super watered down
