This was my first time here and as soon as I opened the door I was smacked in the face with some horrible burning smell. The store wasn’t very clean at all and one of the workers was chillin on her phone at the counter. I was very unimpressed with this location and customer service at 9am. If they have time to sit on their phones why can’t they take that time they’re getting paid to maybe clean up a little bit.

This place has the best merchandise I’ve seen in South Florida. The iced tea was good. The brownie batter doughnut tasted good but was very stale. It’s just another instance of the quality going downhill once they stopped making doughnuts fresh and started delivering them. But the brownie batter filling was SO good, a got one the next day from a different franchisee.

Coffee and staff is nice, but the place definitely needs to clean on a daily basis. Bathrooms, counters, trash cans overflowing, windows and doors always dirty. Never see the employees wash there hands or use sanitizer while preparing the next customer order. Hopefully they read this review and get better overall.

Do not go here unless you plan on waiting 25 mins to even get acknowledged…..I wanted 25 mins before I walked out….I watched the 2 workers now thier heads to ignore the huge line in the store and do nothing but online orders….we all got out of our cars and are literally IN the store…. basically to watch them make all the orders that are being ordered “online”…..I said something to them and they said “they were short staffed”…..Nooooooo there is 2 people here and NO DRIVE THRU….I told them they are ignoring us, I’ve stood here and watched them make 6 plus orders, but not have taken 1 order from any of us…..we all have WORK SHIRTS on, we clearly need to get to work!! They didn’t care at all….3 people including myself WALKED OUT and as I walked out 3 workmen were walking in and I TOLD THEM we all have been waiting for 25 mins and have been ignored for “online orders”….those men walked back to their car….so 6 people left super disappointed with this location…..OWNERS check the camera!!! You’ll see it for yourself!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

I Love this Duncan. It’s right across the street from where I work, I go here multiple times a week, and it is easily the best Duncan around. I’ve been to Several different Duncan Donuts in the area, and had an issue with every single one at some point. But, not this one. The employees are so on it, friendly, witty, and Super fast. They genuinely care, contrary to other employees I’ve seen at other locations. 5 stars from me. Y’all are the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The single most filthy establishment I’ve ever been to. Just walking toward the building, the glass was filthy. That should have been a sign to walk away. But it was a long day. The place was crawling in filth. Dirt everywhere. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in over a day. Even the mat at the door was COVERED in human hair. How does that even happen?!! I don’t usually give bad reviews, because you’re messing with people’s livelihood, but this was bad! This was really bad! Totally unacceptable. Unsurprisingly, the customer service was also bad. I stood at the counter for nearly a whole minute before someone finally looked up and acknowledged that I was standing there. Every inch of that place is a health code violation.
