I’ll admit the main reason I visit this Dunkin is because it’s the closest to my work, but they do a great job and are amazingly quick. Almost always my sandwich and coffee are waiting for me if I order on the app. And they seem just a little bit better than other stores at spreading out the bacon so it fully covers the sandwich. Meeka is a wonderful person there (barista? sandwich artist? Donut Diva?) and always greets me by name. Happy to stop in twice a week(-ish) and get my goodies.
Only complaint is they need to keep the black pepper bacon all year round.

Disgusting behavior and horrific customer service. I walked out without my coffee even after i paid for it. That’s how disgusted I am with the staff and their abhorrent practices. After purposely ignoring me and not taking my order even though I approached the cashier with a smile and a hello- she then proceeded to take her sweet time making my simple order of a small coffee – and started literally scratching the skin on her head and neck and sprinkling the flakes of skin all over the countertop and my drink. Likely intentionally based on our interaction. I’m appalled. I would NEVER ever eat one thing from here. They need a major overhaul on their staff.

The worst Dunkin donuts will never have your online order ready no matter how much time you give him. They are the slowest moving crew. They do not care about you. They are not nice. They don’t even have a smile on their face. I would avoid it

I used to work at this location a little over 10 years ago. We always kept it clean, friendly, and fast service. Haven’t been back since, but was in the area and needed coffee. I was SHOCKED when I walked in. Terrible service. Dirty store. Barely any food and coffee was not ready….it was only 2 pm. And they are still advertising pumpkin spice in the middle of December, while every other location moved on to peppermint (didn’t bother me because I just get regular coffee, but still shocked) chairs were up on tables. The plaza had a wonderful makeover on the outside, but the inside has gone down hill.

I enjoyed today’s experience at this Dunkin donuts. However, I’m quite perplexed as to why Google’s map would not lead me to it when I was less than a mile away. The staff was friendly and service was fast. Whenever I am working in the area this will be my home Dunkin donut store.
