I visited this place to try the Dulce latte. However, the presentation was unappealing and messy. I requested a remake of the latte and also mentioned that I was missing the hash browns I had ordered. I spoke with Isabella, who was quite rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she informed me that he wasn’t present. I then asked for a corporate number and store number, but she responded by saying, “Go find it online. I don’t know what to tell you.” She then walked away. This is not how you treat paying customers. I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

One of the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I even told the manager Enrico (I think that wad his name) how impressed how he ran the store.
The other to Dunkin near my house: off of Oakland just east of Walmart the staff has attitudes and have a lot of yell between staff members. The same at the one on university just nothing of sunrise.

I am very upset about my experience at Dunkin’. Yesterday, I asked specifically what the “Protein Milk” contains because I am allergic to milk. I was clearly told by an employee that it was a non-dairy product. Later, when I looked it up online, I found that the Protein Milk actually contains milk. This is extremely concerning. Giving incorrect information about ingredients, especially when allergies are involved, is not a small mistake — it can be dangerous. Employees should be properly trained to give accurate information about products. I trusted what I was told, and that trust was broken. This situation could have caused a serious health issue. Please take this seriously and make sure your staff knows exactly what is in the products they are serving.

This is honestly one of the worst Dunkin’s around!!! Every single time I order from there, the order is completely wrong or disgusting. I order decaf coffee and NEVER receive it. Today, I ordered a toasted bagel with butter. The 1st half of the bagel was correct, but to my surprise, as soon as I bit into the other half, it had cream cheese… wiped off after they realized their mistake! Is it that hard to make another one to correct the order??? Never again will I order from here.

Oh, what a delightful experience I had at this Dunkin’. I walked in as a regular customer, ready to spend my hard-earned money, only to be shooed away by the ever-charming supervisor, Enrico. Nothing says “Welcome to Dunkin’” quite like being treated like an inconvenience before I can even order.
And it wasn’t just me — I had the pleasure of watching him tell two teenagers to eat outside, as though their very presence offended him. Truly inspiring leadership. Dunkin’ should be proud to have such a shining example of customer service running the show.
If you’re looking for coffee served with a side of disdain and a masterclass in how not to treat paying customers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Good for a quick bite when on-the-go. The food slightly picks up the hint of aerosol or surface cleaner, which somewhat lingers in the air, and I presume is used to sanitize the restaurant at night. Its kind of like that highly-frequented, convenience store tinge. However, it is prepared fresh and overall good quality. The drive-thru is definitely much faster and efficient than ordering inside so just keep that in mind. And of course, the coffee and doughnuts are good.

I just want to add my humble review about this particular Dunkin Donuts. I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years now and I’ve been to this establishment many, many times. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has been professional and courteous. Employees are always smiling and helpful. Some have even made food for me that was no longer on their menu and I never wait long. The drive thru is quick as well! They recently renovated and it’s gorgeous! It’s Always clean and the ceiling to floor windows allows the natural sunlight to shine through making it bright and open. They have a lovely conference room that you can rent and a decent seating area. Plenty parking available. I really enjoy this Dunkin Donuts!

I could not believe what my eyes witnessed and my ears heard earlier today, around 3’ish pm. I normally order by using the drive thru but today, I came into the store. I witnessed the manager Rico, shooing a young man out of the store without giving any reason.Then Rico informed two teenagers they must sit outside to eat their food, they just purchased from Dunkin Donuts. I turned around and left. I will no longer support this establishment, if this is the way people are treated. I will spend my money where customers are treated better.

I am not surprised seeing all these bad reviews. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and I was so disappointed.
What I received was OLD-LOOKING, BURNT, OILY BACON BITS, on top of the avocado. Not fit for human consumption. And when you try calling the store, they do not answer their phone. Please check your food before you leave. And stick to avocado toast without bacon. It’s not worth adding.

I went to get coffee and they messed up my orders. The bagel has dark brown stuffs and crumbs from the cream cheese. I went back to request a refund. No managers on site for 2 days and the lady is telling me is policy. I will never go there. I will contact corporate to file a complaint and contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
