If I could give this location negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When we first pulled up to the drive-thru, no one answered at all. After sitting there, we realized it was because the young employee was too busy on his phone.
When he finally acknowledged us, he acted completely clueless, as if he couldn’t understand a word we were saying, and then told us to drive around and start over. We did, and once again were ignored before anyone responded.
After placing our order, we weren’t told until we reached the window that they were out of three items we ordered; something they could have mentioned earlier. The same employee at the window seemed completely out of it, barely able to communicate, with absolutely zero customer service skills.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that there was no line at all; not in the drive-thru and not inside. There was no excuse for the chaos, confusion, or attitude. We ended up leaving without ordering anything.
This explains exactly why this location has such terrible ratings. Dunkin’ allows people like this to run their business, and it shows. I will never return to this location again.

Customer service at this location needs some improvement. We ordered two capuchino and the milk was sour. The donuts was placed in a bag because supposedly they didn’t have boxes. And the the other coffees had a weird taste as well. I have been here numerous times but lately i dont know what is going on but the quality, freshness and taste is just not the same. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.

There is a sign that says I can get free coffee if the bathroom is not spotless but on 10/27 but I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was not spotless but the employee still charged me for a coffee.
Yesterday I told the manager about it and she said that she can’t do anything about it. I think they owe A refund for 10/27 but I can be wrong. Yesterday I told the manager about the employee charging me and she was like “yesterday was yesterday”. The manager is unprofessional and uncaring.
However, yesterday the bathroom was not spotless and I got a free drink. But I think they owe me a refund for the 10/27 one.

I am on the Keto diet and I love I can order my eggs bacon and cheese separately. Everything they have for breakfast is delicious. I love my food fresh and hot. I highly recommend Dunkin’ Donuts they always have new items coming to their menu and the attention that I receive in Dunkin’ Donuts is excellent. I love Dunkin donuts.

I always order a cappuccino and the Manager Claudia is extremely attentive, she is always smiling and willing to offer sugar and the staff in general never forget my creamers! I am a regular and they always go above and beyond. When I go with my dog the staff always say hi to her.

They didn’t have multigrain bagel which was fine w.e. but I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. The girl you took the order seemed to be in a big rush however upon looking inside the restaurant there was not a soul in there. This was yesterday around 12pm btw. I was trying to get back to work and didn’t feel like having anything big for lunch. I ended up getting a regular bagel, asked for it toasted and cream cheese once again….
I received non toasted bagel with really nothing of cream cheese it was so weird. Like I was confused at how anyone spread that. It started to make my wonder if it was an old bagel someone had made a mistake on or something it made no sense. Here is a pic. I honestly was so annoyed I had to throw it out. I work not too far from here and really don’t go as often to Dunkin but this has never happened to me before. Part of me feels like I should get a refund.

I’m not sure what is happening with this location. I have stopped by for years now and never had any issues. But lately, well let’s just say I’m not very happy. Twice in one week I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. This is the second time they gave me an old stale bagel. The crew is running around very disorganized. On one occasion I ordered food items and coffee. I received the coffee fast, but they completely forgot about my foods. The staff doesn’t speak English, which for me isn’t a problem, but there where some customers that didn’t speak Spanish and had a very hard time ordering there food.
