Drove here at 10:30 to get some ice cream for the family and saw it was suppose to be open until 11. So I was like alright let’s go get ice cream. Drove 15 mins away to come just for the lady to say they were ‘closed’. Need to update online hours & also had just served a bunch of people right in front of us lol. as we were leaving they were serving ice cream still to that group of people update ya hours !

Disappointed to find a piece of hair in my ice cream cone. I contacted customer service and was told someone would follow up with me but that never happened. It would have been nice for someone to actually follow up and to issue a refund or replacement since I had to throw the cone away. I used to visit this location monthly but haven’t returned since.

Pregnant with twins I crave everything under the sun lol the young lady whom made my night with this awesome waffle bowl turtle pecan sundae with chocolate ice cream instead vanilla was awesome . Although the only thing I would change was that I did ask for *lite* caramel and chocolate syrup It seemed like the normal amount that would come on it …when people ask for *lite* something you want to make them wish they had more lol but I couldn’t complain because it was so good Regardless … I always recommend this place over cold stone …

1st off as a rewards member,I got 2 vanilla ice cream cones with sprinkles.The ice cream was so soft it was melting & was dripping everywhere when the young lady gave them to my brother,I had hardly any sprinkles,!! Can someone tell me when does a soft serve ice cream cone does not have any ice cream in the bottom of the cone? This location for the last 2 /3 times I been here has had very poor service and their ice cream sucks..I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS BACK TO DQ FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE GETTING TOP QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE I’M TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!

So let me start off by saying I am not one to leave a review and I clearly see how important reviews are to this company, but I was so disappointed in the employees tonight. I walked up, stood at the order side and waited, mind you I see 2 employees, one whose task I am guessing was to wipe down the Ice cream buckets yet on her phone, and the other with air pods in. So I wait, because I too work in the food industry and understand how rude and impatient customers can be. While I am waiting nobody is looking my way, so I knock on the glass part, still nothing. Knock again, the lady looks at me and waits for the other girl to come take my order, while she stays on her phone. Girl comes to take my order, doesn’t say anything not even a what can I get for you or how can I help you. Nothing, just looking. So I say “ Are you’ll closed” keep in mind it is 6:45 ish. She shakes her head no, then I proceed with my order and that was that. I am not sure how much these employees are getting paid but too much to not care about customers needs which is your job in this industry. I REALLY really hope management can find 2 new members to replace those cause customer service is top 1 priority.
