Showed up 20 minutes before closing and hey told me I could only get a coffee no other drinks I’m just confused because why does it say it closes at 8:00 when it’s 7:40 there’s shutting everything down wouldn’t you wait until you’re actually closed to turn off the machines. If you can’t order stuff at 7:40 then why is it open at 7:40 Just close the store at 7:40 then like why did I even come out here this was a whole waste of my time. And on top of that they have the audacity to add tips on the app like this is the service you get when you go to Dunkin why would I ever tip

If I could give this location 0 stars I would.. the girl at the window has an extremely nasty attitude, heavy breathing and she half filled my matcha… stop working mornings if your not a morning person point blank period.. and management refused to give me a receipt with her name.. you couldn’t pay me to come back to this Dunkin if this was the last one left on earth.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. I went through the drive-thru after seeing the promotion for medium cold drinks for $3 (clearly advertised outside until November 12). The employee who took my order even confirmed that all medium drinks were included in the promotion. However, when I got to the window to pay, they told me the offer was not available and charged me full price. This feels like false advertising and left me very frustrated. If a promotion is posted and the date is still valid, it should be honored. Very poor customer service.

Love it here! Me and the kids always come here when we’re in this area and we’re always happy!
Service is friendly and fast and they serve Baskin Robbins ice cream too!
We always get bagels and today I tried The Power Breakfast Sandwich as suggested by an employee and it was amazing and perfect for my diet!
They do cakes here as well, and they look amazing, may just get one for our next celebration.
They also have a drive through, but we love to dine inside as it’s always a nice atmosphere and there plenty of place to sit and eat comfortably!
I highly recommend this location, and will be returning again!

Very very slow and uncordinated service, what is the purpose of ordering online, state in the order your need it ASAP, drive 7 min to location, make a long like for another 7 min, to be told go around the building and wait, waited another 7-10 min and the guy came without condiments, well another 5 min waiting for them. Not a good way to start my morning.

I just came from here .The location in Margate is trash.As soon as I walked into the Dunkin I was not greeted.I asked an employee for assistance and she told me she’s off the clock.Then I replied with okay.She responded with attitude.After waiting a few minutes a cashier came to the front counter.She took my order . However, I did not like my strawberry refresher.She just added green tea base without asking me what I preferred.It tasted like medicine.Plus my bagel was burnt and dry. I will not be returning to this location again!

I debated writing this negative review, but something needed to be done. For the past three months, my mobile order has been inaccurate. I believe this is being done on purpose. Although the order has been corrected, this serves to justify the reason for placing the order ahead of time. When I questioned one of the workers why this was happening, she said that it wasn’t her and laughed. I also notice that my coffee cup has someone else’s sticker order just underneath my own. I’m not sure if they’re recycling the cups, but this is unsanitary.

I come to this dunkin a lot and its really went downhill. I got a maple sugar bacon sandwich this morning, the cheese was cold and there was hair in my sandwich. So unsanitary. My coffee also tastes watered down.:(
