I went to Atlantic blvd in Coral Springs store they did not have any gift card. Then I went to 390 N Rock Island Rd, Margate, FL 33063, They close the store before 7 pm I needed to buy a gift card
I went to the drive through and ask them they said we wiped the floor. I said are not you suppose to wipe floor after you close at 8 pm ? “Open”light was on and door was closed. They after I purchased my card and then few more customers came started banging the door then they open the lock of the main door. It was Friday 19th December.

The staff is super attentive and very friendly. I saw how they interacted with me and the other customers and it was so wonderful to see. 5 stars all the way. I’m waiting for my food and I just had to write this before I even got my order.

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered the snacking bacon which is almost $4.00
When I looked in the bag after driving away there was not the usual amount of strips in it. I went back around to show the girl at the window, she claimed there was 8 strips in it. Gave me an attitude like ” go ahead, are you going to tell me I’m wrong “. So I left thinking if I wanted another order of them she would have either spit in my food or add extra pepper so I would choke. I go to this DD often and the staff is always nice to deal with. Never saw this girl before and now I will be going to a different branch. (BTW, there was only 5 1/2 pieces of bacon, not 8 !!) DD, screen your job resumes better, less attitude would be great…

Horrible. Was given burnt wake up wraps. Manager had the girl remake. Was given the new ones and they looked the same. Asked for a refund. Was forced to wait while he retrained the girl and hot new ones. Nasty as hell. New ones are better but had to get it three times. 3rd times the charm

The staff were very conscientious and they have protective shields up between them and their customers. There are a couple of tables where they allow people to sit without masks and eat. The donuts this morning were extremely fresh and tasty. There were no special Easter donuts.

I ordered an iced latte from this location. It was made perfectly. My reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the way drive thru employee spoke to me. She was quick to say good morning when I pulled up but caught an attitude when I asked what my total would be. #1 Please cool it with the attitude it’s so irrelevant to your job. #2 Do people not do that anymore?! Should I just know how much it’ll be? Or better yet, do I as the consumer not have the right to know what my total is before I get to the window? Please re train your staff on doing this for the customer because trust me when I say it matters.
