Most of my food was raw. I would go back and ask for them to cook it more but there were like 20+ people in there and most of those people were waiting 30 minutes of really bad food. My bagel was so stale, bacon raw, and hash browns half cooked. Only 3 people working for a huge Dunkin.

Every morning is a hassle at this spot. 30 mins almost every morning just to get coffee. Its not even that busy. Been going to Dunkin for years. Definitely the worst experience. The customer sevice is not all bad. Definitely need a better way of operating though. I waited 20 minutes for a bagel. Just for them to tell me that there were no more bagels

This Dunkin was never like this… extremely shitty and lazy service as of lately and I’ve lived in the area for a long time. I ordered a large latte and when I opened the lid about a quarter of it was missing… I should’ve just ordered a medium cause that’s what I received instead of the large I ordered and paid for. Unacceptable tbh DO BETTER!

I’ve give this particular Dunkin several tries being that it’s close to my job. They never get it right. Ordered a breakfast wrap; say well done because there’s no reason the wrap should be given to me cold in the middle. Ordered a plain bagel toasted dark with butter and yet ai received a bagel that looks like they just took it out of the bag. Hand back the bagel just for it to be given back to me as if it was thrown in a microwave – not an oven.

Went in on 1/27 morning around 9:20 and got a bagel with cream cheese. Usually I don’t have to check it but when I got home and look at it, there was such a thin amount of cream cheese on it and one side of the bagel barely had anything on it. I understand it is a business but charging like 1.10 more for a thin amout of cream cheese is not worth it.

This place is getting worse and worse by the day they hand you a coffee without the lid properly and your coffee spills everywhere, the food is lousy, they should go back to the same people that used to work there not these new people.

The manager was outside picking up a chicken and placed it in the grass.. a Spanish Puerto Rican manager…And went back inside to serve customes!!!!! . That is outrageous and if anyone from cooperate would have seen that . I’m sure she would have gotten fired!!!! I would never eat there again!! Totally disgusting and need to be handled!!!!!

The employees have a hard time following instructions. Coffee is never made how you ask for it. Either watered down or missing half of what you asked for. Store half clean. I switched to this location because I was having the same issue on 27th and 199th. I noticed they are charging extra for French vanilla as well. I think in going to try another brand of coffee, did not have these issues when I lived in Jacksonville.
