Just came from this location. And after reading the reviews I couldn’t agree more. This location needs a serious improvement starting from their customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru about 30 seconds later someone (a lady) mumbled something I didn’t respond because I wasn’t sure she was talking to me she then proceeded to come back on & say “Dunkin” which to me sounded like she had an attitude. I asked for one thing and she said they only had 1 left. I politely said thank you and left. I refuse to deal with the staff attitude today. The only reason I come here is because of the proximity to my house. Another issue with this location is their products that they always seem to not have. I’m never greeted with a hi or even a thank you.

I should have read the reviews before going. Yesterday I was at this store to pick up an order, and the person didn’t even bother to explain why I couldn’t take the donuts I had paid extra for. They told me I had to come back the next day, didn’t refund my money, and I didn’t receive my donuts. Horrible experience and service.

I actually wish it was an option to give NO STARS! I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this location. No one responded at the drive-thru intercom, and after pulling up to the window, there was still no acknowledgment. I then went inside to ask whether the store was closed. The employee who identified herself as the manager stated that I had pulled off, and when I explained that I did so because no one answered the intercom, she laughed.
This interaction was unprofessional and very dismissive. It is clear why this location has poor reviews. I strongly recommend that ownership/corporate leadership reevaluate the customer service standards and staff at this location. If employees are unwilling to provide basic customer service, they should not be in customer-facing roles.

The worst service I’ve ever received. I thought the drive-through was broken so I drove to the window after 10 minutes of sitting at the drive-through. The worker then walked away from the window so I sat at the window for another 10 minutes and then I went inside and asked if the drive-through was broken. He or she said no, and walked away, and I was not Serviced.

The two Hispanic lady’s that work early mornings are often rude and it’s a frustrating experience trying to order because they don’t understand English very well. They need people who are able to take orders in English early in the morning. Please stop wasting customers time repeating the order incorrectly multiple times and then having us wait for long periods and backing up because of Dunkin Donuts time. It’s a frustrating customer service experience

I come to this Dunkin’ every single day, and my order is frequently wrong. Today, they forgot my hash browns entirely, and I tried calling the store more than 10 times with no answer. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers when there’s an issue is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to improve order accuracy and customer service.

They charge for no ice… 1st time in my life being charged for no ice…. the drive-thru guy said thats how they operate and have been directed by Corporate to do that. Thats foolishness.. It’s always a hit or miss at this location but today is the last time I spend my money here. I normally go to the drive thru but I had to use the restroom. The women bathroom was unaccessible so they had to unlock the men restroom. Also their was no toilet paper or paper towels so how do employees utilize the bathroom???
