The team I see every day gets 5 stars but the 2 stars is for whoever the supervisor or owner is…telling an employee not to so something in front of patrons is uncomfortable for everyone.
There’s no drive-through so every time I try to order online it never lets me it hasn’t let me order online for like the last year or more. People keep stopping in the middle of the street before the Dunkin so people are honking at me to go but I can’t even go because drivers are letting people go out in the middle of the road and walk in so they can get in before other people do. It’s like fully packed. There’s barely any space to go in so I don’t understand why we can hire more people so orders can go out faster and pick up would be easier cause then the inside isn’t so filled, I was very much greeted with pushing and shoving. This place just gave me another reason to go to another coffee place/fast food breakfast or just a different Dunkin but unfortunately this Dunkin is 2 min away from my house so it was usually so convenient.
Free wi-fi and not over crowded – love it. Friendly stuff (most of the time) and decent quality coffee.
Con’s:
Terrace is the best part but it’s very loud from us-1 traffic. Area around is not so nice.
The only problem is your regulars
Are completely annoying.
By what I mean is I cant differentiate some of the customers snd the homeless people.
I am there to buy my coffee and leave.
Not to talk about sports with the annoying regulars/not to read handwritten notes pass to me asking for donations.
I understand it’s a serious problem in hallandale but I’ve since started to go to Aventura that is absolutely void of homeless people.
THEY SEND STALE DONUTS AND COFFEE IS SPILLED OVER THE STALE DONUTS.
2 lg coffees 6 donuts
Coffee was spilled all over the donuts that are stale and coffee was cold. 25$ down the drain
